Spent the last 25 minutes in the drive thru. Why? Because the doors are locked and you can't go inside. How does this place... stay in business? Hard to stay open when you don't let customers in. I get that it's hard to get workers these days when youdon't want to pay anything, but its hard to get workers when they see what a train wreck the business is. Every potentialworker in town sees what a disaster this place is, and doesn't want to work there because of it. Edit: decided to give them asecond shot today. Went through the drive thru. Still agonizingly slow. About the same wait as before. I dont know what theissue is. There was no help wanted sign in the window, so I guess it's not a staffing problem. Read more
The worst BK I?ve ever been to! I waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for a hamburger and fry! I will never go back!... Her excuse when asked why it took so long is that they were making fresh food and there were orders ahead of me!!!! We went inside and waited for 20 minutes for our food. We didn't have a problem waiting. The problem was we ordered 2 bacon... stacker kings, number 5 meals. When we got our order, they were whopper junior meals. When I asked why we didn't get what weordered, they told us they didn't update the boards and actually don't make that sandwich anymore. The cashier failed todisclose that at the time of the order, unfortunately. I have an onion allergy and could not eat either sandwich and my husbanddidn't get what he asked for either. If you're planning in going in for breakfast, don't. Not only did they take my order wrong, all of the food was precooked, and... sitting under the warmer. They had about 20 crossanwiches, and a mixture of other things just sitting there for who knows howlong. All of our sausages were burnt as well. Read more
It looks like this location has pulled a total 360. They got rid of all the trash that was working there. Place is spotless and... the staff is awesome. Also the food is hot and nicely put together ... presentation is everything. I've been here twice now inthe past month, and I am so glad to have our Burger King back. Read more
I am thoroughly impressed with how bad this place is, and how they get my order wrong, and how they get it wrong again. It's not... a difficult order, their main burger with no ketchup. It always has something that doesn't belong, or you get it completelyplain, every. single. time. Just a terrible location. Service is awful, food is awful. NO accountability when they screw up even though prices go up service... and quality go down at this location. Burger King should take their name off the sign because its damaging their brand. Thephoto is supposed to be Mozzarella Sticks and a Whopper I ordered last week......See what I mean? Read more
The big fish sandwich was delicious. It was hot and fresh. The fries were fresh. The service was friendly and fast.
