OMG!!!! Can I please just get one order that is correct? I understand this place is understaffed but can anyone figure out the... difference between a tomato and an onion? Anyone? I'm really tired of just about the whole staff giving me stupid looks andwatching work ethic go down the tubes. There's one guy that works there that is consistently nice. If it wasn't for him I wouldgive only one star. Trust me when I say, I'm sure he knows I'm describing him. He's the only one I've talked to there thatcan carry a normal conversation. The person that took my order was obviously new and didn't know what they were doing (not what I am mad about). There were extra... add ons and when I asked about it, THE MANAGER yelled at me and told me to stop having an attitude???? I didn't think I washaving an attitude but even if it came off that way, I don't think the manager has any business YELLING AT CUSTOMERS about it.Never going to that McDonald's again cuz their poor customer service skills put me in such a bad mood. Stopped to get dinner, at this time there was only one other car in the drive thru, it did get busier after I ordered, however... they made me park and wait, which is fine,. What was not fine is that several of the people after me got their food before Idid. I felt bad for the lady running the food to the cars, none of the bags were labeled and she had to keep asking what theorder should be. After about 14 minutes I finally got my food... Cold soggy fries and chicken that wasn't warm and seemed tohave been sitting. This location is one of the worst ones I have been to in the county and needs leadership and qualitycontrol. I can live with the extreme price increases (a dollar for a slice of cheese and no dollar drinks), but if you're goingto keep raising prices, make sure the food and service is where it should be. Wendy's still has a 4 for 4 and they don't makepeople wait for cold soggy food. Read more
I recently ate at this location. It was by far my worst Fast Food experience ever. The food tasted absolutely awful. The bun was... dry and tasted like the paper it was wrapped in. I thoroughly hated it and will never go back to a McDonald's. This is the 3rdtime in a row where the food has tasted like someone stepped on it. Dog food tastes better and is healthier. And yes, I've triedit. I didn't ever bother going back to complain because I know the other one would still taste like garbage. And after thefirst being so disappointing, I was beyond wanting another gross burger from this dive restaurant that has been going downhillfor years. I simply ordered two cheese burgers, both with pickle and cheese. Instead I got two cheese burgers with everything on them... (ketchup,mustard,onions, etc.) When I was ordering this, I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to takemy order. Hope to see better. Read more
