9/12/22 update - I wish businesses would take responsibility for having an off day or whatever the case may be, but dismissing... paying customers will ultimately be the deciding factor on your survival. My BASIS and right to give a review is that I paid forgoods that were subpar. Please don?t accuse me of conspiring with anyone else; you have NO base to do so. I do not know which?gentleman? you speak of, but I am responding based on my personal experience at your cafe. You can follow up with either of thetwo females or the male working on Sunday 9/9/22. I spoke to every one of them. My only fault is that I did not photograph theitems in question. I won?t make that mistake again. I wish your reply would have been more responsible. The breakfast croissant isalready made up so you can?t change anything, and when it does come out the egg is clearly microwaved (mine was spectacularlyoverdone!) and the croissant dough is raw. As far as the ham on it, it was basically nonexistent but ended up being the onlything I ate off of it. The Nutella croissant was dry and the only redeeming quality was the Nutella. I wish I had somethingpleasant to say but sometimes places get complacent or do not listen to suggestion. When I did bring up the issues with the ham,egg and cheese croissant, I was essentially shrugged off like I had no idea what I was talking about. Our family has been coming here for coffee and drinks for 3 years. Great priority selections. 99.9% of the time they will get my... coffee right. I enjoy the comfortable sofa chairs, some of them even have the built-in foot rest. There are a couple of bigbar-high tables with many outlet charges, as well as some smaller tables as well. There are tons of games you can play whileenjoying your drinks. The staff are always friendly and patient. Their food selections are pretty tasty as well. I love this locally owned business! Top notch service at every location. The staff are always friendly every time we visit. We... enjoy checking out karaoke at the Georgetown location every Friday night. The other locations also book live music acts that area lot of fun to watch. Very nice corner spot location. Not much room inside and when I visited, there were a good number of guests inside. Seems like... a great spot to do work, study , or meet with a friend. Nice coffee, in a relaxed environment. Games for families and friends to play, and some nice cake, pastries, cookies etc. Would... love to see some more substantial food on the menu. Staff are welcoming and service is quick. My pastry was served on a pieceif slate, which meant crumbs and flakes were everywhere.
