This is my guilty pleasure/comfort food place. If I'm feeling anxious, I go to the mall food court, order nuggets, waffle fries... (w/chick fil a sauce) and a coke zero. Works every time. Love the consistency of food and the efficient/friendly service. I'malso happy they have a loyalty program. Read more
Food is really good, not a problem.problem is the employees being in a big hurry an not checking to make sure the correct... sandwich is in the correct box!! They did this to me an my daughter, who was to chew someone out when I realized our sandwichesgot mixed up in the boxes! She did apologize an explain to them what happened!!! Read more
I eat here for lunch almost everyday because I work in the mall. They even deliver food to staff in stores throughout the mall.... They are the nicest staff of all the restaurants. Their food is always fresh and they fill your fries and drinks all the way (alot of places only fill like 3/4.) Definitely recommend 10/10 they just go above and beyond!! Read more
I normally love Chick-fil-A with the great food and outstanding service, but this one has the worst service of any Chick-fil-A... I've been to. They gave me a kids ice cream in this condiment cup instead of the small ice cream cup with no explanation. Alsotreated me like I was a nuisance for asking for a kids cup. Read more
Mall location = further to walk to park your car, but fast walk-up service. Good option for the food court. For drive-thru,... though, better to go to 620 at Lake Creek Parkway. Read more
As of July 4th, 2022 this location is closed due to remodeling. Interestingly enough their app allows one to order.
