Love going to the bar for sports. The bartender is very attentive and has a great attitude. The wings and curly fries are... yummy ff crunchy. Can't beat their drinks so good my fave is the drink of the month and strawberry Mexican martini. Greatplace to go before going to shows at HEB center since close. Will definitely be back! Read more
Horrible experience. Negative five stars. They seat people right next to each other while other sections are completely open.... They say those sections are closed. There is food and trash all over the floor at the tables they try to seat us at. Finally, weget acknowledged and move to another table in which section is also packed with people.Our server never gave us chips and salsaand ignored us the entire time we were there. Waited on other tables and brought chips and salsa to other but never to us. Thekitchen was nasty dirty dishes and excess food everywhere. Don't believe me? walk to the restroom and see for yourself. The quality of the food is so bad . Have been a regular to Chili?s but for some reason this time it was a super miss !
Food was not great. My burger bun was not fresh and was hard and dense. But mainly, the place was nasty. There was a whole day... full of food under the table that we were sat at. The walls hadn?t been wiped down in what seemed like weeks or months. Thefloor hadn?t been swept in the entire place for at least a day or two. The whole place felt?sticky. We went to Chili?s today (Wednesday) for lunch around 1:00. First, the host automatically tried to seat us on the bar side. When... I asked if we could sit on the other side he said ?well that side already has 26 people?... Whatever that means??????? So,unfortunately, we sat in the bar area. He also didn?t give us a regular menu or any silverware, not sure why. After waiting forabout 10 minutes the bar tender asked if anyone had helped us yet, we said ?no? so she took our drink orders and brought themover. Our waitress finally showed up and took our food order. After being there for 45 minutes (did I mention I was on my lunchbreak?) the manger brought our food to the table. My Cajun pasta had definitely been sitting somewhere in the back for a whilebecause the Alfredo sauce looked dry and cracked. I had ordered extra sauce, which looked the same way. When I mentioned this tothe manager he said it was because they were ?sizzling the fajitas? which were ordered by my mom. Hate to give three stars but I was super disappointed during my time dining at Chili's I have ate at many locations and never... really had a bad experience but this past visit was very mediocre. I walked in around 5:30pm and they weren't too busy butsurely acted like it, me and my friend waited at the front for someone to greet us for a few minutes, host finally comes over tosit us at at a booth with no menus just silverware, we sat there for about 10-15 mins until someone that wasn't even our serverasked if we have been helped notices we don't have menus and attempts to go find some. a few minutes later the manger comes overto explain he will be helping out the server because she was a little behind. We ended up both ordering steaks I asked for mineto be well done and my friend wanted his medium rare and since it's was their birthday they had $3.13 Margaritas so we also hada few drinks. When our orders came out I noticed my steak still had a lot of juices coming from it looking just like my friendsteak I cut into mine and immediately noticed that my steak was not fully cooked it still was very pink and raw I called over tomy server and asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked a little longer they then took my steak put it on adifferent plate and sent it back to the kitchen a few minutes later they bring back my steak and it was still pink not to soundlike a difficult customer but I know what well done looks like. The pictures I took here are after they brought it back a thirdtime and I still noticed that it wasn't fully cooked liked I wanted. The cook even came back from the kitchen glaring at mefrom the corner probably because he thought I was joking about how I wanted it. After the third time my sides was cold and I wasjust fully dissatisfied and sent everything back ready to go.
