When in sign says Dave?s buffet. There?s no buffet but yet there?s a Buffet with salad. So we order two sandwiches. I ordered a... meatball had no sauce on it went up and asked for sauce on the side he pulls it all the fridge hands it to my husband did noteven warm it up. It?s high noon and there?s only one other customer in the store, workers are just standing around. Placed an online order at 6:00 pm and set delivery time for 7:15 pm. By 7:45 I still didn't have my order delivered. I called... the store to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that there were 2 other orders before mine and that my expecteddelivery time would be another 30-45 minutes. Making the delivery time between 8:15 - 8:30. When asked why the delay, I was toldthe, in a gruff tone, that they only had one driver and they were short staffed. Friday night with one driver and Short staffed?Really? There was no apologies, no reassument that my order would be delivered promptly, no offer to credit some or all of theorder. Where is the management at this location? Poor customer service! Ordered a medium Meat Eaters pizza and two orders of 8 wings. Got home and here is a pic of the pizza. Where's the meat? Yeah,... we were hungry so we ate the mostly bread pizza anyway. I wondered if they skimped on toppings so they could load up on one theymight take home later. As for the wings, I didn't get 16 wings. I got 16 wing parts. Four were the "drumstick" parts and twelvewere the wingette (mid-section) part. Maybe they save the better part of the wings for the same purpose as the pizza toppings.If I had opened the boxes prior to leaving I would have refused the order. The guy working the register also went back to helpwith the food. I did not see him wash his hands at the front sink. Double Dave's was my favorite and we've done lots of businessthere but they might have just lost me. I shouldn't have tipped. Read more

Placed a delivery order for a dozen pizza rolls. Waited almost two hours, when it was finally delivered all of them were burned... and barely warm. Called the store and they said we would get a store credit. They took my name and number, never heard anythingback. Read more

The service was slow because they were short handed. I was ok with that part. I dont mind a wait if there is good customer... service. Sitting in the dineing room waiting for my 40 minute pick up. The manager was in the back swearing and tell anotheremployee that they are short handed because his friends couldnt come to work. My thought was that it wasnt that kids fault. Hewas at work. I paid $29 dollars for a large stromboli and a sandwich. Below is the picture of the sandwich and the stromboli ihad to finish cooking when i got home because the cheese wasnt melted yet. Hopefully this store can make some tough businessdecisions and improve from where they are at today. Read more
