Well I'd like to 1st start as soon as I walked in the door service is amazing. When I walked in the gentleman (Jay )seated me... right away and took my drink order ,shortly followed by delicious bread.Took my order and food was served hot. Yummy! I postedpictures. We tried Gino’s for the first time this afternoon, both ordered lasagna with meat sauce. My husband got the tossed salad and I... ate the tomato soup, they also do bring bread to the table. I was hesitant to eat the tomato soup as I normally do not like itBUT it was a pleasant surprise, delicious! The lasagna was good and fresh, my husband’s only complaint was he wished it wasdrenched in the sauce (because he thought it was that good). The service was super friendly! Visited after church about a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lunch special menu being offered on Sunday. Food... was hot, fresh and delicious. Server Marc was obviously new, but tried so hard to make sure we were well accommodated. He waspleasant and very helpful. New owner told us the name will change soon, but he was very nice to talk to as well. I did notwitness any of the previous problems mentioned in past postings. Love that there are several sections for seating and a largegroup can be accommodated. Decor is appropriate. We will return. Read more
This is definitely a kitchen nightmare. The food was bland. I took 2 bites of the chicken marsala (it seemed raw) and when we... spoke to the host who she argued with me and said I ate most of the food. Make sure you take a picture before you eat yourplate. The table was dirty and my husband had to advise the bread plate was dirty. I asked the waitress about an item that shedidn't know about and didn't check. We had fruit flies flying around as you can see on the bread. The oil thing they gave us forbread was tasteless. Please save your money and time. If I could give a negative star, I would have. ???? To your response; myhusband didn't eat because it was dirty from the beginning. My father asked for cake because it was my birthday. And we paid forthe entire meal so no one was trying to get a refund. I was sharing because the food was tasteless and maybe after 6 years youshould re vamp your menu and you wouldn't have to charge 15%. But i get it, your not doing so good so you're angry. Can't offerfree cake while charging 15% seems like you have a problem. Can't wipe down tables and plates. Missing a dishwasher too? Do not eat here. Food tastes like what you would find on Kitchen Nightmares TV Show. After reading several bad reviews, I’m... expecting to see a response from owner bad-mouthing and cursing me out later for writing an honest review. They probably paypeople to write 5 star reviews for them. How could this place even get above 1 stars. Food is bland. Place is empty. And it doeshave some weird smell when you walk in. Thought we would give it a try for our anniversary but ended up being worst place ever.You can’t even tell between the 2 different dishes both bland. There was only 1 thing decent. It was delicious food with a very relaxed vibe overall. Because of the type of food we thought it would be super fancy and we... went on whim fearing we would be underdressed, but it was fine. Our server, I think his name is Jordan, was just such a joy. Hewas smiling and seemed happy to be there and he answered whatever questions we had. The food was so good, we ended up gettingsome to go as well. Reasonably priced, I'd say with a decent selection. Will likely be going back ???? Read more
