Putting aside the long wait times, every time I go here, I keep trying to get the Kung Fu Tea with black tea extra sugar and no... ice, however there's always something they mess up. EX: ice, green tea instead of black tea and now no sugar even though Iexplicitly said the order right TWICE. No other Boba place I've been to has let me down and this drink should be the easiest tomake on the menu. Not coming back here again. Read more
First time visiting Austin, unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the staff. Literally just wanted to get some bubble... tea without gluten and wanted some suggestion on toppings to go in there. I asked for advice or suggestions on a popular type oftopping to put in my drink and the cashier lady was not able to suggest anything without gluten. She instead looked to hercoworker who was sad looking and making the drinks for help but that lady did not seem to care. She walked over and pushed themenu to us and told us ?anything that has gluten is written on it? and walked away. Thanks caption obvious. I asked her againif she knew any specific popular toppings or had any suggestions. She then looked at me and did not seem like she knew so Imyself suggested some thing and she just seemed to agree it was a fine option to have. When the drinks were handed to myself andmy boyfriend the third lady was dismissive. She looked down and didn?t even say anything to us and pushed the drinks towards usas we were near the counter and walked away. There are better places won?t be coming back. Read more

The clean lines and open concept makes this an ideal place to hang out with friends or sit and work. The Coffee Milk Tea half... sweetness was perfect for an afternoon jolt. The service is fast and friendly. Staff all wear mask and are helpful when it comesto deciding what to order. Read more
As soon as you walk in you're greeted with chill lo-fi music and anime playing on Netflix. The staff were very kind and... courteous even though they were busy. The place was kept clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. The crowd here is diverse andrespects social distancing very well. I got the Thai Milk Tea, it's very milky and has a thick consistency. It tastes slightlymore herbal than your usual thai tea, and as though they add caramel syrup as well. In all, the flavor is rich and sweet. Read more
I love the ease of ordering online and picking it up. It's quick and easy and you bypass having to waiting there. Staff is... always friendly and I like that they wear masks. We usually get the coconut milk tea, taro, green tea and black sesame. If yougo often you should do the loyalty program. They sent us a bunch of cool stuff since we go so much. We got a hat, stickers, amug, and reusable straws. Read more
