Anytime I am near this place, I must stop in to grab lunch. I always get the Don Quixote but with shrimp instead of chicken.... This salad never disappoints plus it is a healthy choice when it comes to lunch. The shop is always very clean and the employeesare always very nice and helpful. It?s fresh, yes. But is it flavorful? No. How do you make bacon, ranch, or blue cheese bland? How is the chicken seared,... refrigerated, and left devoid of flavor? This was my first time going to MAD Greens and I loved it. Me and my boyfriend customized our salads and they were perfect. The... portion size was beyond great and our salads were filled with all of the things we love. The team was amazing and worked veryhard with smiles and we thank you guys for that. Very simplified-modern and very clean inside. Also a relatively healthy menu for a chain restaurant, making it a much better... choice than the fast food chains in & around the Lakeline Mall area. There was an oven or heating issue in the kitchen the daywe went, so no soups or Mac Bowls were available. However, the ?Mad Greens Hummus Trio? hit the spot. Healthy and surprisingly good. You can choose everything you want but the suggestions are very good and the products are super... fresh. For the kids they have a special presentation with all the ingredients separated in tiny buckets, like that my pickytoddlers ate it all, i was very happy. Read more

Build your own salad. Pretty much the same concept as a Chipotle or subway; except it?s for salads. They also offer an array... of wrap sandwiches. There are a few salads on their menu or you can build your own. They didn?t have dried cranberries,Gorgonzola or walnuts (which are my favorite toppings but I was still able to build an awesome salad. The place was clean butthere was a smell of sewage. I don?t hold the restaurant accountable for that. I hold the city of Austin accountable. Be sureto try their natural sodas. The blueberry is my favorite.
