The restaurant manager charge me a different amount on my credit card.I Sign for a totally different amount. Is is a felon by... law. I will go to my bank and do a report. It's the principle of this situation. This is stealing for me. To the owner whatwould come at me stuipd knowing you are crazy and want everyone to Bow down to you when you are not professional as a businessowner talking to his customers crazy. You are the problem and the Manager. Jace was the only professional and his 3rd daythere. You put him out there like a piece of bait. I will call the BBB on your place of business. First time at this restaurant to celebrate the one year anniversary of a friends dads death date. The drinks were not up to par,... when brought to attention that it had no alcohol or very little for the drink that was ordered, the manager or bartender onduty came to the table as if we were an issue and never once apologized or tried to make it right. Jace the server was intraining on his third day and handled all the complaints better than the management on staff did. He was thoroughly apologetic. The appetizers never came to the table until the meal arrived and most of the food was cold. We had two orders of chickenAlfredo a kids spaghetti which kids are supposed to eat free on Monday as advertised in the restaurant and on line, which wepayed for. And My grilled fish tacos were ice cold, but I was hungry so I ate them. I feel after complaining about the drink wegot stares from all the servers as if we were trying to get free items. I tipped my server 20 percent as I always do because itis not there fault. Jace was awesome and never once lost his cool or even made a face, but he did stay true to his job and gavegreat service and tried to make things right. From reading reviews online I won?t be surprised if the owner doesn?t go head tohead with me, but I?m ready for that battle, as I?ve ran the front of house of a restaurant and the way it was handled thisevening was not proper what so ever. Visited Maggiores today after having a challenging experience a year ago. We were greeted and served by the best - Elaina!!! ... Thank you for your kindness and prompt service. Great Find! My British buddy told me he'd seen this place recently so we went to check it out. Dropped in at around 4:30pm on... a Wednesday for happy hour. The bar was almost full but not quite. Found two spots on the end of a long bar with more thandozen seats total. Fast, friendly bar staff. Good draft beer selection with excellent HH prices. I was shocked about howcomprehensive the menu was...apps, a kids menu section, 5 salad choices, burgers, sandwiches, 3 pastas, 2 seafood items, handtossed pizza, wings...and some really great items like tater tots, chicken quesadillas, etc. A large menu packed front andback. Already planning to bring the fam. Great food, great service, great value. More pics...this time from Friday evening. Met a regular who introduced my wife and I to the team. All great folks. It was my second time ordering to go. We ordered two BYO burgers and the bread was soggy on both of the burgers. I also paid to... add mushrooms and bacon to my burger only to come home and realize they didn't add the mushroom and bacon I also asked forregular mustard and recieved honey mustard while the other order did recieve regular mustard. I was definitely disappointed andstarving so I didn't want to make the trip to drive all the way back but just frustrated I paid for stuff I didn't recieve. Started off with a cheesy spinach dip and then enjoyed our entrees of wings and pizza rolls. The side of tots was the best part... of the meal. I would highly recommend coming for the tots alone. Friendly fast service. Read more

Came here by myself tonight and didn't even get served. Seated by hostess and waited 20 minutes. No water, nothing, and the menu... I got had salad dressing on it. Basketball game was about to start and they changed the channel to commentary. Made eye contactwith the same hostess and she just walked by without saying anything. Finally just got up and left. Felt like a second-classcitizen experience. Not okay with that. Zero stars for service. Read more
