I used to be a big fan of Marco's Pizza. However, I ordered online to pick up my pizza last night. I arrived on time, and the... whole store looks busy. Three different staff checked my order and just asked me to wait 5 or 2 more minutes. After waiting 20MINUTES in the store, finally, a staff member said my pizza was ready 20 minutes before and put it somewhere that they could notfind it. So I wasted 20 minutes in the store and got two cold pizzas. The staff just said he was sorry. I'm really disappointedin their service.
