I used to be a big fan of Marco's Pizza. However, I ordered online to pick up my pizza last night. I arrived on time, and the... whole store looks busy. Three different staff checked my order and just asked me to wait 5 or 2 more minutes. After waiting 20MINUTES in the store, finally, a staff member said my pizza was ready 20 minutes before and put it somewhere that they could notfind it. So I wasted 20 minutes in the store and got two cold pizzas. The staff just said he was sorry. I'm really disappointedin their service. BTW, I asked for no tomato on my chicken florentine pizza, but they still put it. Read more
Soooooo good! My go-to is the chicken classico calzone! This could easily feed 2 people it?s so big! I placed my order inside... and the whole staff was kind and welcoming! Major cheat meal energy ???? Read more

Not bad, definitely happy with portion size, slightly undercooked but no big deal. Also, my pizza wasn?t cut, again not a big... deal. Got cheese bread too which was good. First timer for Marcos, overall good! Will order again soon Read more
Just got back from picking up our order. Here is what a $6.99 "fresh cut" salad that is supposed to serve 2 with blue cheese... dressing looks like. We have been loyal customers for years and this is ridiculous. No excuse for bad food. Read more
Not really sure what the five star ratings are all about. Our Philly pizza was under done the vegetables looks like they'd been... thrown on during the last two minutes of cooking SEVERELY UNDERDONE. The pizza which was ordered Friday night gave everyone whoate it severe stomach issues aka the runs. It had been about eight years since we tried Marcos last; I was hoping it improvedbut I think it got worse. Threw what's in pic in the trash...what a waste of money!!!!! Read more
usually ok, but our delivery driver smushed our pizzas and the manager sucked at knowing how to handle a customer complaint
App tracker is way off but delivery drivers are okay. Already charging 20% more for the same pizza order a year ago. Could I at... least get some parm packs with the the deal? Read more
