3 star rating only applies to the meal; the location was extremely clean, and the employees were well groomed and attentive.... Food was hot upon serving. My rating has to do with the actual serving. The serving size of the teriyaki chicken, good to go.However the orange chicken was more fried dough then chicken because it was all the small pieces. We come here all the time and never had any issues. Today I ordered cream cheese rangoons and a side of chow mein. The container... they put the rangoons in had a piece of chicken and sauce in it. When I called to let them know and ask for a refund, theirmanager, who sounds like a little kid mind you, would not give me a refund over the phone and insisted I had to come back for arefund to be given. Not everyone has time to go back to a restaurant on lunch break because of their mess up! I?m reallyirritated right now!! Read more
The last time I think I had Panda was in college, aka many moons ago, but I wanted a quick Chinese fix. My expectations were... tempered before I brought my food home. After about 20 minutes of doing mom duties, I was able to dive into dinner. I opened upthe package and was pleasantly surprised by how much shrimp was there and then to taste perfectly crispy shrimp. Whenever Iorder Chinese to go, typically it?s a soggy mess unless you eat it directly at the restaurant so I was pleasantly surprised withthis order. If you want a cheap Honey Walnut Shrimp fix, I?d definitely recommend this location. Read more
The cook smokes cigarettes or has not taste buds or something. I?ve never had soggy chicken drenched in a sauce that leaks so... badly a bag of ultra napkins could not lean in one go. Everything taste over powered and disgusting. Used a bags worth ofnapkins to un soak my food isn?t the grave it came in. Rarely a wait here and service is super fast. Food is good. Staff are some of the nicest you?ll find at panda. I go here a lot... for convenience, price and ease of service. Loss of one star because when quiet there are tables that should be cleaned faster.Not to say there aren?t clean tables but there shouldn?t be one left Uncleaned when there is nobody here!! Read more
Came here for the first time today, October 23rd and had dinner. The food was barely warm, it was more flavorless than usual and... the portion size seemed smaller than usual. I had a Coke to drink and it looked full.of syrup, there was not much Cokeflavor. Hopefully next time I come here they will be better. Read more
