Called in an ordered cheese pizza cheese sticks and 2 litter Pepsi and extra dips. We never received the order. When I called... the store the manager Linda was super rude to me on a simple inquiry of missing delivery. She said she is the only one workinghere and I can?t talk to anyone else and she won?t gimme any refund in the end she denied of ever receiving the order in thefirst place and cursed me out and hung up.Later stopped picking up my call. This was super unprofessional on all levels. If thisplace is short staffed this is not the customers fault. I?ve been ordering papa john?s since the last 25 years and neverencountered such behavior from any employee. The company needs to train their staff better and instead of being abusive tocustomer should concentrate on problem solving skills. Stay away from this place and always order through some delivery app atleast you won?t loose your money. Read more
Worst pizza ever. Go to Niki?s across the street for a good pizza experience. The pepperoni stuffed crust commercials sucked me... in. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. It was so greasy & soggy. Philly cheese steak papadia should be called Onion &pepper papadia. There wasnt hardly any steak but plenty of onions & peppers. There are definitely better pizza options in thearea. Not very good value for your money. Read more

Ordered a pizza online went to pick it up they couldn't find order even with my receipt. When they did It was put out for the... next morning. Then I had to pay again at register just to get what I wanted with no refund on the one I ordered online. Read more

We put in an online order at 6pm to be picked up at 10:30pm. At 10:05 pm we get a call saying that the gluten free pizza was... out of stock. My daughter answered the call. When she asked for a refund on the amount of the pizza, they claimed they couldn'tdo that. They wanted to give us the rest of the order, but not refund for the missing gluten free pizza. She asked what ourrecourse was. I was thinking a voucher for a pizza at a later date, or a different pizza. Nope. They cancelled the wholeorder. I called back and asked why and I was told, "I don't owe you any answers except to say that your order is cancelled."Those were the first words out of the manager's mouth. The rest of the conversation she was rude, dismissive, and then told mea whole new story: that they were understaffed and closed. They clearly didn't want to deal with making things right about thepizza we wanted, and just cancelled the order, and then tried to justify it. She even said they couldn't do orders taken after10pm. When I explained that we put the order in over four hours beforehand, she then backtracked and said that day crew droppedthe ball. It's New Year's Eve and we got 25 minutes notice that the order we'd made HOURS before was cancelled. Luckily,Dominoes came through and they were significantly cheaper (by over $20 worth) for the exact same pizzas. Update 01/04/22: I'vehad to file a claim with my bank regarding this order. Papa John's claimed they cancelled the order, but has not refunded theamount nor revoked the payment authorization. Read more
This location gives Papa John's a bad name. Sad, because I used to work there. The Customer service is terrible, there is none... and the pizzas are not the Papa John's way. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better location if you can or order Domino's.Domino's always has that mix and match special, cheaper and always good customer service. Read more
