The team that closed tonight on 9/9/2022 is phenomenal!!! So amazing so nice! I placed an order through the app at 9:15pm and... everything was fine. I got a text saying it was going to be delivered through DoorDash driver, ok cool. Long story short, theDoorDash person stole my food. So I called back and they remade my pizza and already sent it out. I got nervous around 10:45 andgot worried so I called back. I literally got off the phone with the store and my door bell rang. Absolutely amazing how completely good this place is. Fresh pizza. Good measuring. Quick and efficient. Lobby is very clean.... Probably don't even have to mention a friendly and great staff some will even talk to you if they have time at the register,which in my opinion is pretty hard to find in most places. Read more
This is the not the first time this has happened but it?ll be the last time now. I always order a pizza with extra cheese and... the couple time they?ve been coming out all sauce and maybe cheese on one slice. The first time I got store credit. This recenttime I called the store to let them know and the manager was rude, kept passive aggressively mispronouncing my name even after Ihad said it to her. Picked up our two pizza order. The employee ?checked? the pizza? completely not the right pizza. Called when we got home to tell... them they gave us the wrong pizza. The manager proceeded to use excuse after excuse blaming everyone else. No solution but towait an hour and a half and come watch them make the pizza. I?ve worked in customer service for 8 years and NEVER have Ireceived such poor ownership and service. I would suggest going anywhere but here. Read more
Couldn't find my suite so the delivery driver dropped it with somewhere else. Had to drive up there because they won't answer... the phone. Manager offered to remake it. Didn't offer delivery charge or tip to be refunded. Never going to pizza hut again Read more
Update: recieved a full refund after the 2nd delivery failed to arrive...Doordash picked up both orders, and neither... arrived. Called in my order at 11am with a delivery of 1135.. At 1135 i get a txt changing my delivery time to 1200ish.. Ok itsaround lunch.. no problem. At 1215 my pizza was still not delivered. i call 7 times before i got an answers. Once i spoke tosomeone the Emp stated Door dash didn't deliver for what ever reason, so they remade my order and it was due to be picked uparound 1230ish and delivered. Ok i said.. Well here we go... I allotted 30 min for that delivery to happen. At 1pm i called back(got right through) i was told it was just picked up and is on its way, well its now 157pm and still nothing.
