I had high hopes for my first time at Pluckers and the service and attentiveness of our server was great, but the taste of the... food was subpar at best. After trying the traditional bone-in garlic Parmesan wings, I felt let down. Spicy BBQ helped raise thebar a little but still had opportunity to be better. After trying the honey BBQ traditional bone-in wings, I realized I shouldhave got an order of honey BBQ and nothing else. The really great piece was their Mac n cheese. Was very happy with my experience, had the wings and a great appetizer. The wings weren?t hot but still were crispy and great... for my liking, the sauce on the wings could?ve had a bit more kick but other than that everything else was fresh, nicely doneand our server was also great? she checked on us 3-4 times to see if everything was good and it was a great gesture! Overallwould recommend! PS: I would say the wings were not hot because we came at a random time around 5PM right before actuallydinner service starts and the sauces ofc can be changed based on ur order preference so keep that in mind. My first time trying Pluckers. The food was delicious! Really good variety of wing dry rubs and sauces were good. I loved the... waffle fries with the sriracha ketchup. Our waitress wasn?t that friendly or genuine but other than that, the experience wasgood. Read more
Online wait list was a nightmare. It said 30-50 minutes so we added to the list and headed out. 2 minutes into the 15 minute... drive I get a text saying our table is ready! Called and they told me they'd take care of us when we arrived, but instead theyadded us to the end of the list and we had to wait 45 minutes after arrival to be seated. If you're going to do a wait list, atleast be vaguely accurate, or don't hold customers responsible if you are so off from the time you quote. Our waiter was theshining star. We are regulars and I'd say the wings were off this time, and the appetizer was so overcooked and dry we didn'tbother eating it. I'll write it off to a bad day, but hope this isn't the norm for this particular location. Read more
Whenever I travel to Austin, Pluckers Wing Bar is always a must! I travel, alot, and I am always looking for the best wings. So... far Pluckers fits the bill. I love the variety of sauces and that their wings are crispy and not dry. Read more
On a Friday I stopped in with a group of friends. Our table of eight was seated promptly, as we had arrived prior to the lunch... crowd. This low-key venue offers every imaginable kind of chicken wing and sauce! Boneless wings, breaded wings, hot wings,chicken sandwiches, salads and much more. Prices are reasonable, and they have a wide variety of adult beverages, as well. Wereceived good service from our server and everyone enjoyed their meals. The venue is clean and has a tremendous number oftelevision sets for your viewing pleasure! Adequate parking is available on the spot. My waiter on this last visit was a pleasure. I really enjoy when the service is engaged and friendly. Also, the wings finally... had the pre-covid, lack of scarcity largeness to them. The new spicy honey mustard flavor is a new favorite. Read more
