Oh man! Where do i begin? I am a regular at this location. I have been coming here since it opened. After hearing of "bad"... reviews i curiously took a look at them. Are you F...ing kidding me!! You people that left negative reviews need to get a life!Rochelle, marissa, LB and the rest of the gang are simply the coolest, sweetest and the most dedicated baristas ive ever seen.Trust me....i visit them all, on my daily travels. I love Rochelle like a daughter. She keeps a pretty tight ship. Thesebaristas are doing their very best to make each and every customer happy In this bat s!#* crazy world that we now live in. Great customer service. Drinks are delicious. My family comes to this location quite often and always seems to be a good... experience. The resilience off this location is commendable and I hope the employees are being rewarded just the same. Read more

Starbucks is starbucks. It is nice to come into a place that has the same food, the customer service and your favorite... drinks. Starbucks is always quick service and does a good job at bringing to you your drink that you ordered in your favoriteway. This was a Starbucks in Austin Texas that we visited on our vacation Read more

I had the worse experience ever: I went to get a coffee, and the server asked me what to get, I gave her my order and suddenly... asked her mate to take my order. She didn?t even say sorry someone else will take your order, she just left me laughing. She wasso rude. Please hire people who are competent and know how to treat the customer. I just left without getting anything. Read more

Be aware!! Cashier is a racist. They are rude. when asian came in, they continued to talk even though customer was awaiting in... the line. Simple she(old female) could not understand simple order "iced Vanilla latte." When customer was unhappy and justwalked away, they ignored and did not figure out what the issue was. Read more

My boyfriend doesn't drink coffee and since I had been craving Starbucks, he decided to try their coffee. I usually get a... frappucino, so I wasn't very helpful with offering him coffee selections to try. We got to the menu to place an order and Iasked the barista to hold a moment to let my bf look it over as he didn't know what he wanted. She rudely asked if we were goingto order something. I got my usual and he picked something that he thought would work for his taste buds and energy level. Whenwe got up to the window, SHE WAS BRAIDING HER HAIR!!!!! I was in complete shock as I've never been to a food place where someonewas doing their hair in front of customers. If I would have been thinking properly, I should have just drove off. If she'sbraiding hair in front of people, there's no telling who's doing what in the back. I was disgusted by her attitude and poor foodsafety protocols. I will NEVER come back to this Starbucks again. Read more

I went to this location with two friends and the cashier was unable to get all of orders correct. Handing over regular coffees... only to have to remake them is a waste of product and time especially when it?s busy. I love Starbucks but this location was ahorrible experience. Read more

Oh, boy! Where do I start? With an employee who couldn't figure out how to process my order, or the one that eventually, after... 10 minutes of pure frustration came to her rescue? It's really not that hard to take 3 drink orders! But they made it so. Iwanted only a quarter of the regular decaf shot (i cant tolerate caffeine well)...even if I paid for the whole thing. It couldhave been as easy as pumping it into a container and using only a portion of it to be added to the drink. She kept telling me itcouldn't be done. The people who were making the drink were right next to her, so even if she couldn't type it into her system, she could have easily told them what to do. But it looks like thinking and customer service are a rare commodity at thislocation. I'm not planning to ever come back. And the pour soul, who works for a coffee shop doesn't know that decaf still hasplenty of caffeine in it. She thinks it's caffeine free. Perhaps Starbucks could spend a little time educating their people. Read more
