Decent bbq cafeteria style restaurant. Get in line, grab a tray, choose your meats and your sides. Good flavor on the ribs and... brisket but they were a little dry. Big portions. Mac and cheese was good and creamy. Coleslaw was flavorful and a little spicywithout overdoing it. Easy in and out because of the self service. If your busy and... just cravin' some truly great smoked meats without having to drive 60 miles down to Lockhart, or wait hours in line atFranklin's or Snow's (Saturdays only) etc... Absolutely some of the most delicious brisket I?ve ever eaten. But, Whew!? their meat is EXPENSIVE, just a warning, but... delicious. Smoked Turkey was delicious, in-house made sausage was good but I wouldn?t buy it again. I didn?t like the peachcobbler either. 9-14-22 about 5pm: Staff was friendly, seemed like they had one training on register. I got the 3 meat combo: Ribs, brisket,... turkey with pinto beans and mac/ cheese. Added Jalapeño cheese sausage and banana pudding. S -sausage and banana pudding wereboth great. -brisket was really good. -pinto beans and mac were pretty good. -ribs were good. Little more peppered than I've hadand clingy to the bone. Not real tender. -turkey was ok. It was getting a bit dry in middle. This is pretty good BBQ. Ordered it delivered, but looking forward to having it in person. I tried several things to get the... full experience. I'd grade the pulled pork sandwich 5*, I added their coleslaw (4*) to the sandwich and it was solid. The ribswere also very good (4*) and the potato salad was absolutely perfect (5*). Very highly recommend Stiles Switch! This place was so good. Really premium BBQ. Plates are huge. Fries and slaw are fantastic.... The beef rib is enormous, and a little pricey, but so good it?s worth it. I will definitely get again and will bring morefriends. ? Also the margarita mix is really great (lime juice, water, honey). The brisket was so so tender and juicy!! Just not too flavorful. Emphasis on TENDER though. They had lots of sauce options to... put on it which helped flavor! But the sauces carried the team and for the price, I sort of hoped that wouldn't be the case.Corn casserole was tasty and the beans too--when mixed with sauce!
