The BEST sushi we have ever had hands down!!! We have tried so many sushi places and nothing compares to Sushi Moto. We tried... the Gyoza as well and I can?t even tell you how phenomenal it was. What a fantastic lunch we had in our neighborhood! I am so thrilled to have Sushi Moto in proximity and within the burbs of... Cedar Park. My husband and I stopped by on a Friday for lunch and there was only one other couple who was dining in.\n\nWe optedfor the lunch combos which come with miso soup and delicious cuts of fresh fish. We also tried out their gyozas and takoyakiwhich come as 5 pieces (so hard to share sometimes when it\'s an odd number :p) I also did like the fact we got our own pitcherof water to self serve in refilling our water glasses! This place is my new favorite in North Austin! It is better than some famous Japanese restaurant I have been too. The owner is... keen to making good quality food with superb materials.\n\nTheir fish are fresh and with high variety. They are cut with justright thickness and flavored perfectly. Their uni is the best I have had in the past 5 years. Usually I don?t like salmonbecause I had too much in the past, but their fatty salmon has changed my mind.\n\nBesides sashimi and sushi, the chicken katsuis awesome and our go-to dish during normal days. Hidden gem. Top quality sushi in a small comfortable atmosphere where the owner is the sushi chef and his wife is the server! ... Amazing. Ask for the special off menu rolls. Sorry it was so good I ate half of the rolls before the picture. Lol. Read more
