Five stars for pop and not soda on the menu. Oh, and the pizza is fantastic as well. Wife and I stopped in mid week for dinner... while shopping in the area. Busy but not overly crowded. Staff was welcoming and our waitress was excellent. Started off withantipasto salad which is huge enough for two to share and very good. Picked a specialty pizza and then topped it off withSuperman ice cream just for fun. Highly recommended and looking forward to more visits and trying other specialty pizzas. Read more
Since opening in Cedar Park this Via has gotten better and better. The newness has died down a little, but I would still... recommend getting on the wait-list if you have more than 4 people in your party. The deep dish pizzas are always a favorite!They're always super cheesy and fluffy on the inside with a crispy crust on the outside. I would share the small with anotherperson, or plan for pizza for dinner, because the smalls are more than enough for one person. Read more

We have been anticipating the opening of the Via 313 restaurant in Cedar Park for over a year since it was announced. Finally,... it?s open and we made time to get a quick takeout pizza. It appeared the online ordering had not properly been set up yet and wecouldn?t order by telephone, so I stopped in and placed an order for a large Detroit-style pizza and then went out and ran someerrands during the 40 minute cooking time. I ordered a wonderful large pizza with half being the ?Detroiter? and half being the?Cadillac?. This wonderful pizza was consumed in virtually no time once it arrived home. The crust on the pizza was flavoredwith crispy cheese and was absolutely delicious. There?s already talk about returning to order it again. The only thing thatdidn?t seem correct was the Cadillac Pizza is supposed to come with Gorgonzola, which has a very distinctive ?funky? flavor toit, but we couldn?t detect any Gorgonzola cheese on the pizza. Excited to try Via 313 after all of these years of hearing my South Austin coworkers rave about it. My wife and I weren't... disappointed! The Detroit Style pizza (got the Detroiter) came out hot and full of flavor. The cheese bread was also good, butcould have used more cheese in my opinion (the spices on it were nice though). Server and service were good even though theplace was extremely busy on a Monday evening. Definitely will be back to try some of the other pizza options. Read more
I heard from a friend that Via313 was the best pizza in Austin so I had to try it. There are a few great pizza places here, but... none close by. We decided to give this a try and we had THE BEST experience. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, we sat onthe patio and the day was beautiful. I was prepared to wait awhile as pizza typically takes quite a bit of time. The pizza cameout hot and fresh in way less time. We had cheese bread and two small pizzas. The dough was soft yet crispy, the sauce tastedfreshly made and was not sweet. I wish we had taken photos of how good the food looked before we devoured it Had plenty ofleftovers for later. To preface, I have gone to other Via 313 locations and I can safely say that this Cedar Park location does not disappoint. I... went opening day and could not have been happier with the experience. The pizza is, of course, outstanding and Via 313 staysconsistent with their level of quality and service. Their sauce is to die for, it should be illegal for how good it is. Thecrust has nice crispy edges and is not too hard or soggy, in other words it's perfect. I did have the meatballs, which comeswith the sauce, and they were fantastic. To the whiny, adult children who complained about the take out phone line being down:You guys have unrealistic expectations about a business that just opened up and are actively trying to see this place fail asyou guys 1-star this location. If you guys weren't so lazy, you could've stopped and sat down and had a nice time. Read more
Via 313 absolutely lives up to the hype. I?ve wanted to eat here for a while but the wait was always super long. We scored a... table mid afternoon on a Saturday and were not disappointed. The Detroit- style pizza is so delicious and different fromanywhere else around here. The melty, crispy cheese on the edges is ah-mazing. They also have a decent selection of beers on tapand the Cesar salad was well-made. Loved the chill atmosphere and the service was friendly and attentive. Five stars! Can?t waitto go back! Read more
