The guys here are pretty nice always have the best attitude! But the women here always have an attitude problem. At least act... like u like ur job. Know times are tough but dam be nice an smile. Almost walked out the door. All I did was ask for a new cupwomen scowled at me. It?s like dam dude I said it nicely. I?m particular about those cause I had covid three times this yr. It does take awhile for the food, due to them being understaffed but i get fast food is tough. The food is always good and fresh... and the guy at the window is there almost every time i go and is so sweet and respectful. If you?re impatient this whataburgeris not for you but they always serve very yummy food and is worth the wait. :) Read more
This has got to the worst Whataburger I?ve been to. The food was so stale and dry, I ended up throwing it away and ordering... elsewhere. The fries were also hard and seemed old. What a waste. I used to like Whataburger, but this location isn't the best. I ordered a side of gravy tonight and it was more like water that... just happened to be the color of gravy. It was gross. Why would a place water down the gravy? I woulda been fine if they'd justsaid they were out of gravy! Fries were lukewarm and mostly limp. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken wasclearly burned. It also tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Oh, and I waited a ridiculous amount of time for thefood at the window. What gives, Whataburger? Maybe try hiring someone with a semi-decent work ethic? There are very few optionsin that particular area if you're lookin for a bite after 11pm. So it's a shame. If they cared a little, they'd stay prettybusy. It's a prime location, just going to waste, and running Whataburger's name through the mud. I'll update this post if Iget food poisoning... Read more
Drive through early in the morning, not an excuse but I have to say my expectations were low. It appeared there was one maybe... two working the store. The orders were coming out on a one in one out. It took a looooooooong time. Felt very sorry for theworker(s), no one was wearing smiles. The food tasted fine when it finally showed up. Read more
They made me use the order board, then actually took orders from people behind me in line. I wanted tomatoes on my burger, it... showed I had added it on the board. I asked to be sure, was told tomatoes come on the whataburger anyway. And of course, gothome, NO tomatoes. Burger was cold, tasteless. Worst burger ever. Do better WB, you are losing a 60 year customer. Mr Dobson isspinning in his grave. Thats what happens when you sell out to Cali people. Yuck Read more
