Worst service I?ve ever had at a wing stop. This location always has people who don?t care about the customers. I?m a business... owner and pride myself on quality service and it appears ownership at this location takes no pride in theirs. It is one thing tohave to wait for your order, but another to have to shout because the music in the back is so loud and then sit on hold for 15minutes while they try and figure out who?s phone is playing music so loudly in the background that I can hear every word of. Ihave always loved wing stop for the flavor and portions, so this is not about food. This is simply about terrible service andlack of care for the customer. What should have been a quick 2 minute call-in order turned into a 20 minute call and me waitingfor an hour for food. It?s upsetting that loyal customers are consistently crapped on by lazy employees. This location has ahuge problem and should look to hire better quality people. Absolutely unreal. Read more

I have gotten food poisoning twice from here. Decided to give them another chance showed up on Saturday night and they have a... 45 minute wait for your wings no thank you get your stuff together guys you are the worst Wingstop ever Read more

The first time I came here the service was fine and the food was as expected. But this time they're clearly under some stress,... and aren't afraid to show it in front of the Customers. The manager handles the conversation really well, but I was mostlytriggered by the woman at the cash register. She seemed very "this is how it is, and you're going to like it. If not, you cantalk to the manager." Apparently they had a half-trained employee in the back working with the manager, and a broken printer inthe back making their work more difficult...and I fully understand that. My request was for their Medium meal with all flatsbecause I can't do drumsticks due to my braces. The manager said they weren't doing special requests, but with such a smallorder, I asked while offering him the full option of saying no, and that we'd go somewhere else. This would have been fullyacceptable, given what they were obviously going through... It was really the attitude of the cashier that put me off. Read more

I loved this wingstop but the woman working the front tonight was awful. Zero customer service/hospitality skills. She seems to... be very overbearing towards the rest of the staff as well, who was trying to be friendly while she was being rather passive. Didnot get her name but she is large and Caucasian and cannot smile to save her life. Move her to the back until she is re-trainedto speak to the customers. The cooks in the back seem a lot more hospitable, maybe they can teach her a thing or two. Read more

You may want to call the store before ordering online. Ordered online, arrived at store, out of drinks, no refunds on the drinks... and 2 employees give me attitude! Spoke with the manager who was nice, apologized and offered us a side to make up what we paidfor. Lots of other wing restaurants nearby. This was our last visit to this location. Read more

Food is made to order and worth the wait. Fries are delicious, especially dipped in any of their sauces. I've been several times... over the years and Destiny is the best worker there! Super sweet, helpful and always wearing a great smile. Read more

We placed an order online and finished and got the confirmation at 9:07pm. It's now 9:52 pm and they forgot our fries and... dipping sauces. 3 dudes were standing around in the back drinking energy drinks and talking about video games. I will not becoming back to this restaurant at all. They didn't even offer drinks or something to make up for this horrible service. And ontop of everything the manager was defending his employees for working slow saying that they are just trying to have a good timeto make the night go by faster. No! They need to work to get me my order that I've been waiting for an hour to get so I can goon with my night. If you don't wanna serve people then don't work in the service industry simple as that. Let me start by saying I LOVE wingstop. Flavors on point, BOOM ???? POW, and most Wingstops know I'm a regular... ??????????????????????. Today I am deeply saddened to say the quality of my food has been a hit-or-miss and again I stress I amdeeply saddened. The last time I ate this locations wings my stomach was not happy. Today, I found feathers still on my chicken????. I want to puke, I was super hungry too so I only noticed because I couldn't chew them ???? it did NOT feel like chicken????. Unfortunately, I was in a accident and can't check my food at wingstop like usual but check your bags folks! I only eatdrums and I had all flats one time, ???????????. It's drenched in the hot sauce but you can see the chicken from this morninghas feathers. I know it's getting cold outside but the chicken is dead, it won't require feathers this winter. Read more
