Not impressed. Visited October 28th in the evening. There wasn?t a lot of people there so we got our food fast. I ordered the 5... wing plate, partner ordered the chicken sandwich. I was not impressed with the food quality. The wings tasted frozen and werenot fresh, the sauce they gave us was gross and pre packaged (unlike raising canes). The French fries were okay but a bitoversalted. Do yourself a favor and go to raising canes instead. Read more

Zaxby?s 13521 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613. I have tried this place about 6 times in the past 3 months and this is... my first time making a review. I am a zaxbys lover but this place you all just can?t get it right. I always order the wings allflats but I don?t know what you all are doing they are either extra extra crispy burnt with tongue poured over them but justflat nasty. I went today 9-13-22 for the wings & things. I eat the five wings and my hubby has the 3 tenders of course I driveoff no tenders no big deal I went back they gave me the tenders. I was nice and sweet because the drive thru young lady was sopleasant. But I swear the wing sauce was perfect because I dipped the fries in it but the wings on the other hand tasted rottenI bit off two different wings and ended up spitting it out. I bought it home to my husband I didn?t say a thing he started toeat one and immediately spit it out. If you are serving bad chicken you need to STOP ASAP if you are franchised you need to getin compliance asap we both had upset stomachs having to use the bathroom. This is horrible you guys are making people sick withthe poor quality of food you are serving. I will not go here anymore not this location I gave y?all 6 tries, hoping they wouldget it right but making me get sick is not cool. Sounds like the health inspector needs to pay them a visit. I waited to post this review after talking to the GM to see if he would do what he said. He didn't I placed an order online as... my family and I left Austin Airport so they would have plenty of time to prepare a large order 50 wings and sides. We arrived ontime to pickup but was told it would be another 5 minutes. No problem Pulled forward and waited 15 minutes nothing so I calledand was told another 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by and nothing so we pull back into the drive thru and they have an order forus. Started to leave and it's completely wrong and all the flavors are on the side. Pull back in line and was told by themanager that he would have to call someone to see what he could do. Over an hour that I have been waiting for food I was toldto return what they gave me and they would refund me. Normally if I had waited 10 ,15 minutes I'd be fine but keeping peoplewaiting for over an hour and then asking for something you're going to trash. I gave the food back and asked for proof ofrefund and was told he couldn't provide me an refund receipt. I told him I need some proof that my money was returned. 20minutes later I got a receipt. Called the next day and spoke with the GM and he apologized and said he would send $60 in giftcards for the issues and gave a lot of excuses. I ordered and paid for a Cobb Salad and got a House Salad. The quality of food at this location has steadily declined since the... beginning of the pandemic. Doesn't really look like they will recover. Also now that they no longer have the buffalo blue saladI can't see a reason to go back. Read more

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru and I will say- a little patience goes a long way. They struggled a little... bit with our order, but someone who I can only assume was a manager and I believe named Samantha took excellent care of us! Shemade sure that in the end, we left with the correct food, our food was perfectly cooked (and absolutely delicious), and ourcookies were to die for. For my first time ever at a Zaxby's, I can say, I will be back!! I would have preferred to post this privately, but did not find contact info for this location. I ordered a grilled chicken... sandwich meal on 7/11/22 @ 5:30pm. The chicken was very, very undercooked. The texture was close to a cold bologna and barelywarm. It was inedible and totally unacceptable to receive as part of my carry out order. I took photos before throwing it awayin the garbage. The meat seemed to have be thawed out and thrown on a grill for a moment before inserting inside a bun. Read more
