This northern girl came south once again and FINALLY got to hit up a Bojangles. Chicken was nice an fresh....crunchy outside... with a small bit of a kick!! Sweet tea is what I had been waiting for and let me tell you it DID NOT disappoint! We had alarge order and chicken made fresh, biscuits ran out to us as we were leaving the parking lot as they had been forgotten but hewas super pleasant and apologetic. After not getting food from this location for well over a year because of a previous order screw up, somehow these incompetent,... incapable, useless wastes of space forgot to put in the supremes and biscuits for the family variety feast and the extra gravyand Boberry biscuits that were paid for in the order. We paid extra to have it delivered and now have to travel to the locationto have it fixed but no compensation for the delivery considering it was pointless and now have to go there anyway. Read more
I live here and let me tell ya: Girl in the drive through had AirPods in while taking our order as well as paying for it. Then... proceeded to be rude and slam the drive thru window. Mac and cheese is old and not cooked through. Literally trash service. Dobetter. Read more

Ordered 2- 4 piece supreme boxes- got 3 in both and like 10 fries. Literally never had this issue at any other location. I know... it was busy but doesn't mean you can skimp on what we paid for so you can keep up. Read more

It seems like there's never a really good time to get fresh food apparently. I go after work and the pulled pork would be super... dry and hard. Tenders would be soaked in grease. So j go for lunch and to my amazement the pork was juicy and fresh. To bad thechicken tenders looked like nuggets and the same ol soaked grease look. When your owned by a brand and they give you completestep by step fail proof instructions and you still mess up. Ever wonder why they have been around this long? Food portion are very tiny. My French fries were cold and tasted old, definitely not fresh. I have had better experiences... before. I know the cost of everything has skyrocketed and businesses have to make a profit. Raising the the overall cost 3 to 5 dollars or more is insane. We are struggling more so with limited income. Yes it is a choice to eat at home verses eating out.Some situations it's so kids are not eating at 9-10 o'clock at night or later and going to bed super late. Please bring backquality to your places of business. It has been absent for far to long. Read more
