I arrived with several friends within the last hour of the day Friday, the parking lot was filled! They were very kind to seat... us immediately! The host took our initial drink order for water. He was very nice and gave outstanding service! He alsoexplained our service gal would be a few moments before she could attend to us! That was the MOST outstanding service that Iever received ever here at this location! However, I really wish within the last hour, say at 11:15, the staff would advertiseNO MORE ORDERS! BECAUSE I ORDERED, BUT NEVER RECEIVED MAIN MEAL OR ALCOHOL! IT LOOKED LIKE THE BAR WAS CLOSED! AND THOU THESERVER WROTE DOWN MY ORDER, SHE NEVER TALKED TO OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE TO GET MY FOOD OR DRINK! I ONLY RECEIVED THE APPETIZER! ANDSHE ACKNOWLEDGED HEARING ME ASK FOR SOUR CREAM BUT NEVER BROUGHT IT! SHE ALSO WAS RUDE IN TONE ALL THE TIME! VERY CURT! THEN SHEDIDN'T CHANGE MY BILL, TO REFLECT I NEVER GOT 2 ITEMS! AND CONFRONTED ME FOR NOT PAYING THE TOTAL! I PAID FOR APPETIZER AND ONLY1 LEMONADE [SINCE NEVER GOT ORIGINAL DRINK, I CHANGED IT TO A LEMONADE. AND THEN, THE FAVOR WAS NOT MIXED RIGHT!!!] I SHOULDHAVE RETRACTED THE AMOUNT OF THE LEMONADE AFTER SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR IT! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THISLOCATION!!!!!!! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO HELP GET THE ORDERS OUT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT--- OR JUST CLOSE EARLY---IF STAFF IN BARIS NOT SERVING, AND IF KITCHEN ISN'T MAKING ANY MORE THAN APPETIZERS!!! Read more

Had called in for reservations for 20 people earlier in the day. Came that evening after a football game, to find the host... astonished that we would have that many people. She said, I have to talk to the manager. The manager came over, very rude,looked at his watch and said, well you are late. (5 minutes), we don't take reservations, and it will be 20-30 minutes. Iasked why - there wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant, plenty of seating for us. 2 waitresses quickly pulled the tablestogether and was ready. The manager told them right in front of us, he was not seating us for 20-30 minutes and walked off. The waitress came and told us this is what he said. I said, well he is very rude, there is no reason there is a wait, and wewill take our business elsewhere, and we left and ate at a place whom appreciated our business. Read more
Great service (Jacob our server was outstanding) Birthday ???? celebrating for husband and opted for the all you can eat wings,... $12.99 per, between us we tried (4) of of the (6) flavors. Every flavor was wonderful. Will go back again soon!!!!! Read more
Applebee's had their promotion for all you can eat boneless wings and fries for $12.99 The wings tasted like the frozen kind you... get the freezer from Walmart and the fries could have been better. For $12.99 the food could have been better. Across from ourtable there was a male employee who was talking to two customers about a former Applebee's employee and all the bad stuff thatthe employee did. We didn't want to hear all the shenanigans that this former Applebee's employee did. Our lady waiter was niceand attentive. Read more
The waitress was awesome and on point with our table. Asked if we wanted drinks refilled before they were empty. Brought our... appetizer out before our meal, and not right before like most others do but with enough time in for us to enjoy our appetizerand be ready for dinner. She cleared items when needed and without interrupting our meal or Convo. She memorized our orderwithout writing it down, have recommendations for sides that made the meal THAT much more enjoyable. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't eaten here in a long time. We had a gift card so decided to eat. They have... some really good combo meal deals. You get quite a bit of food with your choice of an appetizer with your two meals. The foodwas really good and worth the price. I have to admit I was apprehensive of how good the food would be. Not sure if it was the food or just me being sick but I threw up everything i ate about an hour and a half after leaving the... restaurant. That part sucked. I would definitely still eat at Applebee's again though, they have awesome food. The Cheetosbreaded wings are prty dang good. Flamin hot Cheetos boneless wings are bussin! Read more
