We walked in, 3 of us of a group of 7 + 1 in a high chair. There are several tables open. The hostess had to go to the back to... check...even tho there were SEVERAL open tables. She came back and said it would be 15 minutes until she could seat us becauseall of the servers were stressed. Although a group of 6 walked in behind us was seated. The restaurant was not very clean. The boneless wings were warm at best and the sauces were pretty flavorless (we had the Asian... flavor and the Buffalo). My pasta was sticky and the alfredo sauce was bland. My husband's steak was overcooked. The kidsfood was okay, at least not overpriced for what they had. Our server was wonderful, hence the 2 stars. Really, she should get5 stars herself and needs to find a job at a place worthy of her skill and beautiful smile. I wish I could remember her name!! Read more
The waitress we had was awesome. There were a few mess ups on our orders but they fixed them without attitude.. The wonderful... waitress was so sorry about our orders getting messed up. We were here on a Friday night at 9pm. The place wasn't very crowded and we were seated quickly. My wife and I had $36 left on a... gift card that we decided to use up so we got the 2 for $24.The stars are meant to represent the whole experience so bear withme. Our waiter, Alaric, was top notch and attentive. Our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip and it was great.I got theclassic cheeseburger, it was cooked perfectly and delicious. However, the picture showed two slices of cheese and there was onlyon it The fries were undercooked and had an "off" taste, like perhaps the oil needed changing. My wife got the double crunchshrimp They too, weren't fried long enough or perhaps hot enough. They were not even single crunch, the coating was soggy/oilyand tasted like the oil was old.
