I went with my mother around 3 PM on a Thursday. The place was pretty empty so there was no wait and our waiter was attentive... while also giving us space to chat and enjoy our meal. I liked the vibe of the place and their music selection. The breadserved at the beginning was fresh and delicious. My mom enjoyed the lasagna and I enjoyed my half pasta and half salad. A family favorite for celebrating because we all enjoy their food. Not sure if there are 2 kitchens, but every time we have gone... we either didn't get the apps we ordered, or they come out very late and main course is brought out with it or a few momentslater. They have been good at comping them or offering a free dessert , but we would just really like to enjoy our meal asordered. Not a huge issue, but there is always a problem with the apps. Yummm! Came here this past week for a dinner with work colleagues, and left so stuffed it was hard to walk! From the BREADS on,... we could tell their food was top notch! So - I gave them “the test” and ordered Eggplant Parmesan (a favorite of mine, butnot one I often trust to be executed excellently). They nailed it! The consistency and flavor was excellent. Good crunch,delicious sauce, just the right amount of cheese on top, and the rigatoni on the side was great too! Don’t leave withoutdessert. Whether the bread pudding or Bombololi (just get it - you can thank me later) - picture #2 - you’re gonna love it.Just remember to come with a big appetite or ask for a box when you’re less than half way in. Food was delicious. Called in to join the 45+ min waitlist and were told we would receive a text msg which is perfect. When the... 45 mins were up I went inside to check in and give a heads up we had arrived but when we asked for an update we were told theyhad texted us 2x and gave our table away. I told them/ showed that no text were received and asked what phone # they had (whichI repeated to them more than once over the phone) she said they could not see it anymore. They found a table for us right awaywhich was a plus, the minus was that it was right in front of the entrance so every time the door opened we got a very very coldbreeze. Our waitress was pleasant and the food... absolutely delicious. Only complaint would be the bread that was served beforethe entree. Would definitely come again. Read more

Biaggi’s has really improved in the past few years. 6 or so years ago when I came, I thought it was overpriced and... overrated. On my last few visits, my food has been really good and the service has been impressive! Tonight, the parking lotwas full and the dining room was bustling, but our server, Jacob, kept our glasses full and table tidy. The lasagna wasterrific, the chicken parm was good. The chicken was a smidgen overcooked, but this combo dish has to be the best thing on themenu. I’ll be back! Read more

So far we have been to Biaggi's twice, regret going there the second time. I usually write reviews after seeing some sort of... consistency in service and food. Sadly this was not the case. The first time around we went for a family dinner, party of 5 on aweekday, bread was cold, food was good, service was excellent! The second time it was a complete disaster, we were hoping for agood dining experience, invited friends over for a farewell dinner. We had the reservation for 6 pm, arrived on time. Nothingwrong with the food, it was the server. Who seemed to be in a rush. It wasn't a busy Saturday, we were a party of 6, we wereseated on the round table towards the end of the dining hall. There were a couple of empty booths and tables in between. Ijoined in late, she didn't bother introducing her self, took my order from two people seated over, (she could have taken a fewsteps over, but she stood almost across the table) she even did the hand gesture to her ear signaling she can't hear me, I hadto call her over so I could place my order, I was the first one on the table to place the order. Just goes to show she wascompletely un interested in serving us, or making a good impression. It was these small thing through out the dinner that wereextremely off putting, like we had to ask for dessert menus, dessert spoons, straws. She never came in between to ask ifeverything was good, if we needed anything, if we needed to order extra drinks, refills? We were never asked if we needed toorder coffee/tea. We saw other tables attended to, it wasn't the case with us. It was almost like she is serving us from herpersonal kitchen, and any and everything we ask is extremely annoying to her. The impression from her service we got was thatshe could be anywhere else then working at Biaggis! Oh Biaggi's, you don't ever let us down! Shout out to our waiter Jacob who was amazing! We ended up here on our date night... after trying out Edison's pub and eatery which was not a very good experience. Biaggi's is by far one of our favorites fromamazing staff, to great drinks, and top notch food! The atmosphere is delightful with intimacy and privacy at the booths if youso choose. You really feel like you are able to speak to your date and not have the world hear. Love the decor and how the placeis laid out. On this visit we of course indulged on the warm bread and oil that is served on your arrival. We ordered somedrinks, a wedge salad, and some deserts.
