We came about 4 in the afternoon and was told to sit anywhere. We saw that all the tables were dirty and so we waited for... assistance, standing by the table we wanted. No one paid attention so my husband approached the bartender and told her what wewant. After that glitch in the service, everything was fine. My husband likes the wings. I had a chicken sandwich. He took abite of mine and said that my sandwich was even better than his wings. There are plenty of TV's to watch the game. Read more
The food is always made fresh to order. This time I waited a bit longer then usual for my order to be made as I did not order... ahead and they felt bad and gave me a discount. I did not mind waiting as I made the choice not to order ahead and knew theywere busy but as a customer service step they cjose to do this discount. I was amazed. 9/28/2022 UPDATE: WOW! Very nice recovery. My last review of this location was of my complete dissatisfaction with most of the... staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. That appears to have been rectified. My server, Nicole, was friendly andattentive. The food was served quickly, was hot, and was the deliciousness that I expect of BW's. The restaurant was clean. The worst service I have received in a very long time. Don?t blame the kitchen it wasn?t about the timing of the food. Three... hours and our table was never cleared of dirty plates. Drinks took no less than a half our after ordered. We never receivedrefills on waters. Two out of six food orders were put in wrong. We had to finally flag down a manager to pay our bill. Great service during a busy Father?s Day afternoon. Both our server,Taylor, and staff seating us were friendly and let us know... the kitchen was a little behind due to the large lunch crowd. Staff were attentive and seemed to be communicating well with eachother. We were provided quick refills on drinks, and our appetizer came out right away. We waited a little longer than usual forour meal but it was great as always. Great service and great meal with friendly staff! Read more

Honestly: It was just okay. The staff was friendly and the wings were alright. That being said, prices are a high for what you... get. The nachos are soggy and not that good. I added brisket and guac to the nachos, and while the guac was good, the brisketwas dry and gross. At least they are open when everywhere else is normally closed. Read more
I love the food but the service is always hit-and-miss. So many people working yet it took me 15min to get a drink. When we were... ready for refills and to order food our waitress was nowhere to be found. I could maybe understand if it were busy. This was aweekday and there were only 4 other groups in the entire restaurant but from what I can tell were being served by other staff.Some people just aren't cut out for the fast pace serving gig. On top of that, you chose to work in the business of servingothers. If you hate your job, find a new one. It almost seemed as if we were an inconvenience.
