Just moved back to this area after 4 years. Have visited numerous restaurants on this side of town. Every other one I visited... was being run by a bunch of teens more concerned with chatting and having fun then helping customers or being bothered to makeorders remotely correctly, then i was hit with massive attitude when i complained my order was completely wrong. NOTHERE!!!!!! While there are teens working here, they are motivated to do a good job and provide excellent customer service!!!!After eating here for a few day?s straight with zero problems and perfect orders, they did make a minor mistake and mixed up myorder with another. But when i called, they admitted they had given me the wrong order on accident and remembered doing so closeto an hr after the fact before i could finish explaining what was wrong!! They were very apologetic, offered numerous ways toremedy the issue, and were very apologetic again once i returned to get my correct order and gave me another fry for thetrouble!! This is how a fast food restaurant should operate, nice caring staff that are genuinely sorry and embarrassed theymade a mistake. I will continue going here for a long time. Read more

Nastiest BK I have ever eaten at. I stopped in at 8:30am for breakfast. I had to throw my sandwich away. It was half warm half... frozen. Frozen. You can tell the potatoes have been sitting under the warmer all morning. Read more

Terrible. First off mixed up the order. Had to go back. Husband waited inside for over 10 minutes. A few people ahead of him... also mixed up orders. The rest of our food is getting cold in the car waiting. The chicken sandwich was very very extracrispy. Chicken was chewy and dried out. Won't be back. Read more

Even though the wait was VERY long, it wasn't BK staff's fault. An 'angry customer' in the drive-thru clearly was unsatisfied,... so much so, she banged on the drive-thru window but the staff explained just before the window closed and firmly said theirorder was complete, they got what they ordered, and payment was made. Yet 'angry customer' continued the harassment. after staffheard threats about someone getting killed, the manager handed the car a bag of food and some change. 'Angry customer' left andservice was swift after. Food was hot and we feel bad the staff has to deal with such rude, scary people, but they apologizedfor the long wait and up-sized our order free of charge. Some people's kids ... Smh. Read more

Spent over an hour in the drive thru for believe it or not cold food. Angry employees that are unapologetic for the wait, was... my very last whopper. Unfortunately this isn't my first disappointing visit to this drive thru...but will be my last. GFY...... Read more

Ordering through the app is where it at. Daily upsize on soda or fries or in my case up size my onion rings. That fact that I... can just pull up to the speaker tell them my order number then pull up to the 2nd window and most times it?s ready. Grab and gofits my busy lifestyle. I got the impossible burger and it was burnt to a crisp and had about 1/4 a cup of ketchup on it and tomato slices were the... size of large cherry tomatoes and wilted lettuce. I was given wrong drink . I do have to say fries were good, fresh andcrispy...but it was over $10 for the meal and not at all worth it. Read more
