I rated low because of a visit (months ago) where I sat at the box for at least 3 minutes without being greeted. Middle of the... day, empty drive thru, empty (closed?) lobby, but at least three employees chatting in front of the DT window. BUT, I triedagain. On my last visit, I was greeted reasonably quickly, the staff was kind as well as polite, my food was hot and fresh, andthey fixed an order issue in seconds. I have done the job. I have A LOT of respect for a crew who can deal with people all dayand still be kind to the next customer. Very well done. Read more

I hate to be hard on fast food workers I understand it's not the best work and it can be hard but I also know that it's not hard... to put pride into the food you put out. Any time I've ever worked fast food I made a point to only hand over a food that I wouldwant myself. For the 2nd time in a row I am unbelievably dissatisfied with the food that I was served here. cheeseburger with nocheese,Sandwiches built the wrong way, cold French fries and all this after a 20 minute wait and paying $22 for 2 meals.
