Today I went to caribou and asked for a XL matcha latte no ice. I was super happy because it full super full. I got to school... and without even looking more then half of the drink was gone. My paid for an XL and got the amount of a small plus foam. I useto work at caribou and when I made this drink there was barely any foam. Waste of my money. Read more
The food and drinks were great. The barista was fairly knowledgeable about what goes into the drinks and went and found the... answer if they didn't know. My food was delivered out to my table instead of grabbing it at the counter. The staff were allhaving fun, which always contributes to a better dining experience. Read more

Normally I love Caribou coffee! In fact I even look for them when I?m out of town. Today however, at this location, I am so... disappointed. I ordered a campfire mocha, with an extra shot, only to be giving a Turtle. And when they remade my drink to acampfire mocha, I was then given one without an extra shot. When girl found out that it was the incorrect drink for the secondtime, I received a sigh and an eye roll as well as a snarky ?fine, I?ll remake it?. At this point wasn?t worth my time to waitfor my drink the second time. I?m not sure I?ll ever return to this location. I?m really disappointed and saddened. Read more
Great coffee and very friendly service, definitely recommend here over chains like Starbucks
