My husband and I were very disappointed. I honestly do not understand how they keep the doors open. It is definitely a huge... change since pre-covid. The menu has changed. Chipotle Chicken Burrito was gross. Canned jalapenos that were dried out. Everything on the plate had a film on top and was... completely dried out. Like they sat under warmer lights forever. Tea never got refilled. We arrived between 5 and 6 and therewere almost no customers. Should have been a red flag as most restaurants in Cedar Rapids are packed at this time. They were good and fast. And we didnt have to ask for refills. When we first got there there was three women at the counter just... talking and didnt even realized we were there. We went for a birthday celebration, that also was a day of March madness queso and margarita specials and it was very busy.... Staff did a good job keeping drink, queso and chips flowing as well as quick fixes when a few things canlme out wrong. Everyoneliked their food and left extremely full. Staff was freindly and knowledgeable, all food was extremely cheese and they let usbring in a cake AND gave dad free birthday dessert. Read more
Waitress brought plate boiling hot with food and didn't tell me it was HOT. Her response was " well I thought you'd had figured... out when you saw the hot pads". I did not see hot pads and I go to several restraints where the plate is burning hot whendelivered ?! Read more
