The cashier we had was very cheerful and pleasant. The food was excellent. The restaurant was clean and relaxing to be in.
I feel rushed and unheard in the way you drive thru and then you still don?t give me sauces yet I have like 10 straws. Just... frustrating. When I ask to double check for sauces they said yep all in there. Read more
I am ever amazed at the professionalism that is portrayed by the staff at Chick-fil-A. A customer in front of us decided to... complain about service he received two months ago. First of all why did it take you two months to talk to them and second aftertwo months you need to learn to let it go. However the manager went above and beyond to take care of the customer and win themback. With 20+ years of dealing with customers of all sorts, I must tip my hat to those who do their job and do it well. Give 1 star for the chicken biscuit. We ordered coffee with our breakfast meals. We were told to have a seat and they would... bring the coffees out to us. NO COFFEE!!!! They brought out our breakfast meals with no coffee. Told us they would bring thecoffee right away. When we were finished with our meal, they brought out 2 half coffees from the bottom of the pot. You wouldthink the coffee would be fresh since we waited 20 minutes for coffee. We will never go to Chick-fil-A again!!!! Read more

The food and service were great. I got the spicy chik fil a sandwich and 2 large fries for my fiance and I. They put in extra... ranch for us without us having to ask. My only thing is I went through the drive through and even though it is very fast it isintimidating to go through when you have someone wanting to take your order but you don't even have time to look at the menu.The one on one made me kind of nervous because I felt like I was rushed. They didn't do anything to make me feel that way, justhow the system is set up made me want to be efficient with it. All in all though, the food and service was great. Read more
