I never tried Chipotle Mexican grill before so I thought I'd give them a try. Well, uhhh...I won't be trying them anymore. I... ordered the garlic steak burrito and to my surprise, It was a SMALL burrito with about 4oz of meat (not much) and a lot of otherstuff that you add. Well, I was wanting more meat! Needless to say, I paid $15 for this SMALL burrito!! For that price, Icould've fed me and another person somewhere else. Anyway, i did eat it but I will NEVER purchase food from this restaurant.Your prices are ridiculous for such SHORT food! I would recommend Don Miguels in Cedar Rapids for some delicious authenticMexican food and great Burritos. They give you good quality food for your money. Plus, the Burritos are not $15! Read more

I?ve come here multiple times. Guys; I don?t know how else to put this but every time I come the workers look MISERABLE,... IRRITATED, and literally the worst customer service. I didn?t want to write this review. Management needs to change, trainingneeds to happen, a positive CULTURE needs to be brought up in this place. As a customer, I want to feel welcome, and I genuinelythink management is at fault when workers seem THIS miserable. One thing that really makes me upset is when I feel that I am being shorted on portions. If I buy I burrito, I expect there to... be a more than a modest amount of toppings in there. Especially if I am paying up for your premium, limited time offering.Instead, I got 4, maybe 5 pieces of your new garlic steak. Just ridiculous. When employees at restaurants like this do this, itmakes me think they are trying to make the ingredients last longer so that they don't have to make more. Just my opinion. A child could of made my nasty cold burnt chicken burrito bowl. I was not even done adding aka lettuce and she closed my bowl.... It was not edible and I?m not the type of person to return food.
