We went at 6pm and they told us they were closed, while taking the order of the group ahead of us. We looked on the door outside... to see if there was a note about closing early. There wasn't; no note, the open sign was lit, and the store hours said theyclose at 9. We watched people go in after us while deciding where else to eat, they were also turned away. Great tasting Sub, and awesome fire station decor. Place was busy, but they got our 4 subs to us in about 5 minutes.
We had a Medium Turkey Bacon Ranch meal and a Medium Steak and Cheese meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Meals were... delivered promptly and were great. Would highly recommend and will return in the future. Read more
I work in fast food and hate to leave a low review but the workers had poor attitudes, I wasn?t thanked at any part of the... process and to top it all off, I waited 15 minutes for my food and when I sat down to eat my food was cold, as if it had beendone for a while and they forgot. We ordered at the counter for take out, one of the workers put our order on the online pickup rack and they then did not... acknowledge us at all for the next 30 minutes despite there being 4 employees on staff and only one table actually sitting andeating, while our food got cold, and two employees kept touching their face/hair while making orders. And then to top it all offthere was a long blonde hair in our brisket sub. This location used to be amazing but I don't think I will be going back. Read more
Had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. 4 other people waiting for theirs. 3 employees sitting around while 2 worked. My... sandwich was disgusting. Had the cheddar brisket and picked most of the meat off. It was like warmed up raw bacon. I have to have gluten free bread which one reason I love this place, I order 3-4 times a week there, when they don?t have the... bread they don?t call they just put it in a bowl which is fine BUT I pay an extra $2 for that bread, and I don?t get refundedthat. That is my biggest complaint. The food is always great. I just wish they were better at refunding or at least trying tomake it right. Also the free pickle is great when they don?t forget it.
