We absolutely love this location. It's so much bigger than the Coralville location. It's a lot less busy when we have gone then... the Coralville location. For some reason the food just seems better here compared to others we've been to. I highly recommend itto people all the time. Your burgers are delicious and my son is absolutely head over heels for your vanilla shakes. I think wego to Freddy's at least three times a week. Read more

I had horrible service! First it took them about 5 minutes to even say something to me at the speaker before I yelled hello an... there was only two cars in line and Some blonde girl in drive thru just acted like she hated her job shouldn?t put someone likethat in drive thru. Asked simply for 3 kids combos 1 chk an 2 cheeseburgers one add bacon then she tried to ring me up for a bigburger when my little one won?t eat that much, then I ordered cheese fries the first time I ordered before she tried to ring meup for a cheeseburger regular combo an it was on there but when she fixed it she didn?t put cheese fries or no onions on theother fries. We were the only one at the Edgewood location. Stood at the register for 5 min walk around and a few of them saw us but didn't... come help. All we're rude including the blonde manager. She even saw us . Got our food in 12 min so slow. It didn't make us feelwelcome and a manager if you see no one is being help you don't yell at your employees in front of guest. Instead you go helpthem yourself. I know I used to work there but that doesn't give you a reason to treat me with disrespect. Read more

Wasn't even busy and they messed up the malt I ordered. No biggie it happens, went in and asked them to make me a malt not a... shake. The girl gave me so much unnecessary attitude i was surprised. She didnt even let me know it was mine when she finallygot around to making it and slammed it onto the counter. Her manager had to tell her to let me know it was ready. Didn't eventry to help my husband who had a busted cup with ice cream melting all over. Got back into my car order was still wrong and ittasted worse than the first one. Just go to Culver's.
