Food was fresh because it was made to order but counter register was down so he had to use drive thru register, cook went to... back as soon as I walked in but already had on gloves so I had to ask him to change them before starting my food. No napkins...Went in two mornings later just to use the bathroom but walked right back out because it was disgusting, one stall out ofservice the other just dirty, toilet paper on floor and trash overflowing. Messed up my order and was specific about bringing my receipt back but not the wrong food. Brought the sandwiches back that was... the wrong sandwich and a hard biscuit. Had to bring the card that was used but was a mobile order payed through apple pay. Cardwasn't working for refund. Manager was rude and didn't even get to eat breakfast. Great place! Happy to see it open! It's still new and there aren't many customers yet, so it might be understaffed compared to... busier places, but the staff were friendly, there was no wait, and the food was great! Happy to have a Hardee's in south CedarRapids! Read more
This location needs completely new staff! You are losing customers! We sat in the drive through for WAY too long. Staff did not... acknowledge anyone. Us, the car in front of us, and the car behind us left. It was not busy or during a rush. It was not nearclosing hours or early in the morning. This location is a joke, never coming again, they deserve 0 stars, not only they make you wait on purpose about 10 min in drive... thru after online order 10 min before without any people inside and none cars out side and none in line of a drive thru but atthe end they give you a sitting for at least 1 hour burgers and fries that tasted also not cooked enough. So i go through the drive thru and order a large meal. I politely request some bbq sauce for my large fries. I only got 1... portion. For a large. So many sauceless fries. Not to mention these fries are sad. Im eating sad, old, lukewarm sauceless friesthanks to the manager. Read more
