Every single time we order online the mess up our order. I know this can happen every now and again. But every single time!!!... Come on. The slogan Freaky Fast should be retired, at least for this location. Not only were they exceptionally slow, the are notorious... for always forgetting part of your order and you're faced with the dilemma of turning around and waiting longer to get it rightor just moving on with your day and try to remember not to go back. For almost $14 for a sandwich, chips, and a drink, I expectmore. I know businesses are trying to pay a living wage, but at the same time, this is a lot of money to pay for a simple fastfood sandwich to have it not done correctly. Read more

Just can?t seem to get orders right. Pay for extra meat, seem to get less meat. Order one sandwich and something totally... different shows up. Told them Pepper's onions cumbers on only half of the sandwich half! and on the whole entire sandwich add vito meat and ez... lettuce. They proceeded to put Pepper's onions and cucumbers on one side of the whole sandwich ???? then ask me if I want it cutin half , how do u get half if you don't cut it? Like duh. How do u have Pepper's onions cucumbers on only one half of u don'tcut it. Putting it on one side is not half lol I even wrote it down on a piece of paper to make it a bit easier I thought. I ordered food drove to work. At work I realized it was the wrong food. I drove back asked for a new sandwich. The worker... argued with me opened my sandwich touched it with out gloves then refused to give me my old food would not make me new food andrefused to refund. So Jimmy Johns stole 10.43 from me. I never got my food but they got their money. Called and filed acomplaint with corporate as well as the better business bureau for theft. Go to any other store this one is run by teenagerswith attitude problems. And the Manager Matt is rude and obnoxious and refused to give me the name of his boss. Read more
