Got dinner on 12/10/22 and the chicken nuggets taste horrible. They tasted as if they were sitting out all day, they also look... like they have been cooked too long. This is the worst experience from McDonald's I've ever had. Never going back to this oneagain. Read more

This location is trying to run like a Culver's, zero room to have cars pull forward, no way to know what order goes with what... car (employees looks I bag at your window and asks what you had, stick his hand in my bag to look). Not sure what metric theyare trying to fool but this location has gone from bad to worse. Read more

Was picking up a GrubHub order. Came into restaurant and the order board was turned off. I stood there for over 20 min. past my... orders pick up time and during this time not a single employee even acknowledged my existence. I watched multiple people andcars come and go while I stood there being ignored when my order should have been done already. Terrible customer service andexperience. Read more

Thee management team at this location does a exceptional job serving fresh food and providing friendly service to the customers.... The store always looks nice and and the play area is a good place for the kids to burn off some energy. Read more

It never fails that my order is given to me incorrectly. Whether they are busy or slow they cannot manage to get it right. The... times I have gone in to have my order corrected they act like I am an inconvenience to them and make comments to eachother thatare audible beyond the front counter. Just disrespectful. it was horrible! I always order on the mobile app so how you could mess up someone?s order when I did it online is crazy! I... ordered a side of bacon didn?t get it ! Ordered apple slices for my daughters kids meals DIDNT GET IT, I ordered a BACON quarterpounder and got NO BACON! I wish McDonald's didn't make in store customers wait so much longer than drive thru. The service is ok, but the food is good. ... I just don't like McDonald's anymore. Except for the fries. For the most part top choices would be Culver's, Wendy's, andHardee's. That's for the poor man's options. Read more

Worst customer service ever. I went through the drive thru on 8/28/22 at 12:03 pm. A rude employee on the far end of the drive... thru taking orders says, "Hold on" instead of saying, "Sorry for your wait I'll be with you in just a moment. After seeing threecars on the other side order being taken and gone, I proceed to say hello once more. The rude employee says, "Hold on, I'mbusy". Is that how to talk to a customer who is coming to spend their money? Someone else decides to take over and take myorder. I get to the pickup window to receive my order and I could tell it's the rude employee from her voice. I just told herlike, there's another way that you could have gone about saying you guys were short staff at the moment instead of being so rudeabout it, saying you're busy. She hands me my drinks and then points at me like I'm a child, saying over there. Meaning to pullover and park like the other cars are doing and someone would bring my food out to me. Another employee had to explain to methat they were short staff which I understand it happens working in fast food. I park and go in because now I want her name so Icould reach out to the store manager to complain about the bad experience I just went through at store #4284 on 33rd Ave S.W. Amanager with red colored dreads who is a black woman proceeds to tell me that they can't give out employee's names. I'm shockedbecause how are you able to complain about a certain employee if you can't get their name. Another Mc Donalds gives me theirstore manager number. I didn't know it was her personal number that was given out. Instead of Ashley the store manager listeningto my concerns and saying she apologizes about the bad experience I've encountered at her location, but this is my personalnumber, and it shouldn't have been given out. She speaks and says, who gave you my personal number where I pay the bill? Itthen clicked to me that, that is why her employees are rude and disrespectful and there was no sense Read more
