Bunch of dummies working here. Can never get an order right no matter how much explanation given. Example, we ordered A Sausage,... egg and cheese mcgriddle. Only got the sausage. Called and asked and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude over a simplequestion. We specified the egg and cheese and everything. Too many times they?ve screwed an order up. Needed something to eat after a long day of traveling. Sign on the door said the dining room was open until 11:00 but the doors... were locked at 9:25. There were even people still inside eating. I took my business elsewhere. Will not be coming back. Read more
Never will we accept a doordash order from this mcdonald's again. Nobody greeted me. After waiting for nearly 6 minutes, I asked... a guy walking by if my order was ready. He kept walking as he pointed behind him and muttered they're working on it. Stillsitting here several minutes later and waiting with no greeting, nobody seems a bit concerned if I get help and several workershave walked by, including a manager. Horrible experience. Not only will I not accept a door dash order, I won't be coming tothis location either which is sad because when Mic managed it, she gave me my first job and the best life lessons. Waited 16min for an order while car after car was served and left. Two employees came out at two separate times to ask what I... was waiting on and first woman took my receipt. Only 30 min lunch break so I had 7 min to eat by the time I returned to work.The Burger was cold, fries were old and the drink taste like fryer grease. These people making 20.00 dollars an hr yet? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and got a regular single patty burger & no bacon and was charged for the bacon burger.
They?ll get 85% of your order correct which is above average for McDonalds. Depending on the shift you might get a decent shot... at a well assembled burger, but expect your burger to be halfway off the bun. Just make sure to get extra napkins and that willhelp with that issue. Unbelievably this location is actually better than the Marion one and the bar is really low. So if you?recraving McDonalds and like gambling this is the place for you. There is a bit of a euphoric feeling on those rare occasionseverything goes right. Read more
When you go to a McDonald's you automatically expect that your order will be wrong when it gets to you. In over 40 years of food... order screw ups this place by far set the bar. Not only did they give our order to another customer, but after giving us anattitude aaaand after leaving us sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes they still only gave us half the order. 8 cars passedafter our order in the drive through. 8. Manager blamed it on short staff. And these mcClowns feel like they deserve a payraise. When you learn how to tie your shoes without screwing it up then maybe we can talk about how you can work your way up tominimum wage.
