So, McDonald's has now gone full "If it ain't fried, we don't have it!" No more salads or grilled chicken. This might be OK, if... their fried food was decent, but it's not. This is a compact McDonald's restaurant. There is an employee standing when you come in; who tells you that you have to order... your meal on a kiosk, it takes cash and cards, you punch in what you want and take a number tent to put on the table. If you arenot tech savvy, the employee will help you. If you want a refill on your drink, you have to ask the employee for a refill. Read more
I've had two experiences one through a parking spot mobile and one through the drive thru. The parking mobile was alright. Best... one by far because they didn't screw the order up. It was maybe 5 mins wait but it was also very slow in the drive thru. Howeverdoing a mobile app order through the drive thru. I do not understand why there were pickup 1 and pickup 2 lanes. There's nosigns explaining that setup. Secondly the young female operating the window where I picked my food up was so quiet in how sheasked me if 'so and so' was my order that I just said yes. Upon leaving I figured out it was the wrong order. People who operatein a drive thru voice need to have friendly but loud voices to be heard over the background. Read more
First off....we do not do a lot of fast food. But....we do like us some McDonald's french fries so we thought we would try out... the brand new McDonald's down the road. Welp...now I remember why we don't do much fast food. The fries were cold and hard as arock...the burgers were just as disappointing. And the final nail in the coffin. This brand new state of the art McDonald's isself-ordered at kiosks and the decor inside feels like an airport cafeteria. Yep....just keep going by these not so goldenarches. Read more
The food was fresh but we had hardly any sauce on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The layout is also very weird for the drive... through so we ate inside. The inside is very clean. Some employees were quite attentive and kind, but others seemed to be a bitrude to other customers. It is McDonalds though so they did pretty well compared to other McDonald's we've been to. Worst service at Mcdonald. They were taking all the drive through orders but NO inside orders. One guy was texting on phone... while others worked. I had to ask for a refund after 15 mins and a lady behind me was late getting back to work. I believe myorder was 998. A kids meal. Wowser. Read more
