Mix is a great restaurant that offers food you won?t find anywhere else in Marion. I like their Korean dishes. Sushi, egg rolls... and crab Rangoon?s are excellent! The tables have hot plates. Quality of food was excellent, workers were very friendly. A wrong dish did come out but it was corrected. Big props to the... staff there working hard to keep up with the many customers that flow in. The menu is very big with several options anddiverse. There's nothing on the menu I don't want to try! I'm comfortable to say it's the best restaurant in the CedarRapids/Marion area for your Korean and Japanese food fix. Definitely recommend and have been recommending to all my friendssince I've visited twice now. Read more
Our first hot pot experience was fantastic! All the ingredients were fresh and portions were good. Our waiter was super helpful... and showed us how things are done. We will definitely be back! You can't go wrong with any of the soups also, they're all great!Our favorite was the coconut curry. Read more

Amazing!! Marion needed a cool place like this! Amazing selection, not a chain restaurant, relaxed environment and great tasting... food. UPDATE: Since MIX?s move to Marion, they?ve expanded their menu to include more Korean entrees and Chinese Hotpot. It?s the... shiz. Go try it all!! MIX has got a little bit of everything for all tastes. But if sushi is your thing, you MUST come here.Their sashimi is next level. It?s always fresh and prepared very well. The menu also has a variety of the basic rolls and othercreative items. I come here exclusively for the fresh raw selections. Prices have always been reasonable, maybe a little highbut you are getting quality. Sometimes it does take a little longer during the lunch rush, but most likely due to the shortagemany business are experiencing. Read more
We had our first ever hot pot here at MIX Sushi and had a fantastic experience. Our server did an amazing job explaining... everything and providing tips on how to best enjoy it. He even offered to comp an extra soup since we couldn't decide on justtwo! 10/10 service and the food was just excellent. We had the traditional, coconut curry, and tomato-based soups. All the meatand vegetables were fresh and delicious and the serving size was perfect for us (we were definitely getting full by the end).Everything was clean and the service was quick; we will definitely return in the future!
