Blown away by their customer service! Team members brought our food out to our table asked if we needed anything else very... attentive. All tables were clean and everything stocked. When we were leaving my 2 year old dropped her to go box on the floor.The manager overhead it and quickly prepared another to go spaghetti for us! Ordered online. Done right when they said it would be. Took it out to the car to eat. Got through about 1/3 of the Buffalo... Mac and Cheese (which was barely warm) and found a dead grass hopper. Took it back in and showed the cashier, who handed itover to the cook. Got my the replacement less than 5 minutes later. No apology, no offer for a refund, nothing to make itright. A little disturbing that there was not even the slightest hint that this was an abnormal exchange. Won't be going back.
