Blown away by their customer service! Team members brought our food out to our table asked if we needed anything else very... attentive. All tables were clean and everything stocked. When we were leaving my 2 year old dropped her to go box on the floor.The manager overhead it and quickly prepared another to go spaghetti for us! Ordered online. Done right when they said it would be. Took it out to the car to eat. Got through about 1/3 of the Buffalo... Mac and Cheese (which was barely warm) and found a dead grass hopper. Took it back in and showed the cashier, who handed itover to the cook. Got my the replacement less than 5 minutes later. No apology, no offer for a refund, nothing to make itright. A little disturbing that there was not even the slightest hint that this was an abnormal exchange. Won't be going back. Update: still disappointed. I ordered online, drove there, and everyone in line got there food before me when I ordered long... before them. Took almost 30 min before I got my food. Slightly cleaner this time. Previous: Noodles are chewy half the time. Iwas there for lunch before the rush and it?s obvious they haven?t cleaned up in and around the pop machine. I know the machinecan be messy but with so much pop dried in it?s obvious it hasn?t been cleaned in awhile. They have a nice conference room inthe back. Read more
The credit card machine was so greasy and dirty, I was afraid to touch it. Counter tops and tables were dirty. Food was pretty... good. The people behind the counter, 3 women and 2 men, spent more time talking amongst themselves, and less time working oncustomer service. They could have spent some time cleaning up the dining area. First time in a noodles and company. I brought my 8 and 12 year old with for something quick but filling on a Sunday at 4:30.... The place was nearly empty and wasn?t even sure it was open, but here we are. Seems to be a fairly clean establishment. Diningarea was warm and comfortable. The menu has a great variety for even the pickiest eater. I got the zucchini truffle Mac and thekids got spaghetti with meatballs. I ordered a small and they got kids meals. The wait for our food was a little on the longside seeing as we were the only people in the restaurant. We all agreed it had great flavor, from the sauce to the noodles. Ifeel full after the small and the kids polished off most of theirs. That?s a win in my book. They also got a beverage and treatwith their meal. The only true thing that bothered me, the cook had some of his (long) hair hanging down. Also The restroomswere decently clean, but very cold. We will definitely come again though if we are in the area. Would love the ease of take outif we had one where I am from! Read more
Really good food! Very fast too, they get food done quick and good, which is amazing, 10/10 would definitely eat there more
