I was going to only give one star, but out of 2 times I placed an order, they were very good the first order I placed... My... rationale for leaving the feedback was the lack of any respect for the customer. On 11/4/2022 I placed an order to pickup. WhenI got there (Takes about 25 minutes), they said they have a 1/3 of my order. Then consistently ignored me because the twoemployees were too busy talking about a phone conversion that one had with a friend. Why not tell the customer the order cannotbe completed. I almost want to dispute the charge on my credit card because the two young ladies where too busy to speak to me.Granted, I will not hold that against them as they were very young (looked like high school kids), but I still wasdisrespected. I had a job in high school, I always respected the customer. But, alas, times have changes, not so much in a goodway. Anyways, I am very disappointed after my second visit, and will NEVER do business with them again. --- I order fromvarious places, but I left an response because the staff lacked respect for customers. Again, I work at XYZ, and I need to makeorders for XYZ, but my last interaction, I will not. I'm not sure what details you want from me, but I really want to respond.I will list the issues: 1) The two women/girls.. Pretty much ignored me. Also, failed to tell me anything about the order....like, for example, "Sorry sir, we were unable to complete the full order". As soon as I was handed the order, I knew it was notcomplete. 2) After I determined the order was wrong, a double insult, I was told to call ABC, its not my problem. Yeah,probably that was not the best response. Hey look. In the ratings, I gave you two stars because the first time I ordered wentwell. We love Orange leaf! Good selection of toppings, lots of different Froyo choices, very friendly staff!

I love taking my granddaughter here until spring break hit and all of a sudden with no kids being in school Orange Leaf decided... to not have happy hour by saying that they no longer had those cups they were out and then when school started back up all of asudden they brought happy hour back and all of a sudden they had their cups. I love froyo and they don?t have many around. This place doesn?t have flavors of the month or new flavors much, which is... disappointing. This visit, they did have banana, which was really good. I feel that most froyo places don?t make it and I can?thelp but think if they would advertise more, contribute to the community, like schools and such, they may last longer. So I?d never been here before until last Wednesday. After a bit of confusion (no greeting upon entering), I ordered an açaí... bowl. There?s a little order ticket with ingredients and you?re supposed to tick boxes of ingredients you want them to add. Itwas good, but it was a bit disappointing since there were ingredients added that I had not asked for.. As for the ingredients Idid ask for, they (the strawberries and pineapples) were still partially frozen. The açaí puree itself was more like a fruiticee cereal. Drinks were good. Mines could of been a little bit more sweet but my kids loved it!!

They have a great selection of different frozen yogurts. And there are so many different toppings. I wish I would have known... that all the flavors on the online menu aren't available. Only certain ones. Read more
