I went there for dinner and had an 8oz Filet Mignon Steak well done and Cheesy fries I was greeted at the door by Sasha she was... very friendly and polite and lead me to a table and my server Shavian T who was very friendly and polite and prompt at taking myorder and explain stuff on the menu which helped me figure out what I wanted to eat and once my order was in it wasn't longbefore my food was on my table to eat ! This place would have gotten a 5 star rating but I never give those out ! This place waseasy to find with a huge parking lot it was a tad expensive but worth it totally ! My wife and I went to Outback with typical expectations of ?chain? restaurant food, armed with gift cards. Amber (our server)... and the kitchen staff on duty today made sure that our expectations were exceeded! We have no Outback near where we liveanymore, so traveling here requires a cleared day. So, it sets expectations a bit higher. Amber immediately made us feelcomfortable and made sure we had what we wanted, customizing our orders to ensure that we truly enjoyed our meal. Herpersonality was warm and welcoming, and immediately set the stage for a highly enjoyable Sunday lunch. Our beverages (simpleenough, yes?) were even customized to our taste. We ordered appetizers (A blooming onion and Nashville hot wings) that came outhot and fresh, and tasted excellent! Our meals were cooked to perfection. My wife had the Alice Springs Chicken, which wasmoist and juicy. I had the Porterhouse, which was well seasoned and a perfect sear. Of course, we had leftovers. No twopeople could tackle all the food we ordered. We have lunch for the next couple of days! Amber coordinated all of this, anddespite the restaurant rapidly filling with other patrons, she remained attentive without being obtrusive, ensuring our drinksnever ran dry. Why write such a lengthy review of a ?normal? restaurant experience? Unfortunately, in our experience, this isuncommon. I can?t speak for Outback, as we don?t get there often, but restaurants near where we live don?t provide this levelof service or quality of food. I actually pulled the manager, Zack (I hope I spelled it right, could be Zach), out of the backwhere he was helping to cook, just to praise the service and the food. It was that good of an experience. If you want ahigh-quality Outback experience, go on Sunday shortly after open and ask for Amber?s section. Server was rude, service was decent, could have been better. Food was eh, definitely could have made more food if I would have... used the money i spent there, at the store for everything. Also the drinks were weak even after paying for extra shots on theside. The group of young teens (13-15?) Got faster and better service than me. One star, and I will not be returning to thislocation at all. Read more
Our server, Christian, did an outstanding job! We were greeted with a smile : ). She was very attentive and it was obvious that... she was happy to be there to help us out. I ordered steak and lobster! She even sold us on dessert. The only suggestion I wouldmake is about the amount of salty and spicy seasoning used on the steak, next time I'll order my steak with no or just a littleseasoning. The steak is seasoned nicely, their house salad is pretty good, and I love their loaded mashed potatoes. That being said, it's... really a hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is cooked how you asked, and other times it will be very under or over cooked (I runinto this quite often). In one instance, my friend had ordered a steak and it came back smelling and tasting rotten. Theythankfully fixed it for her, but being served meat like that was more than enough to ruin an appetite. The staff is quitefriendly and helpful though, so it makes it easier if one has to send their dish back. The rewards help, and are a reason Icontinue to come, but it is a bit frustrating to pay around (or more than) $30 a person if you regularly have to send your dishback. Read more
Awful, awful awful! First, save your money! My husband ordered Prime Rib, it was tough and full of fat! I ordered ribs and... chicken. The chicken tasted like a frozen TV dinner. We had an onion blossom, it was burnt and over spiced! We complained andasked for a new onion blossom, the new one was still burnt but not as bad. It was spicy and had a horrible after taste!!!!!! Theservice was fair to poor! we had to ask for refills on our drinks. We had to ask for for our mini- loaf of bread too! Myhusband and I ate at the bar that is close to the kitchen. We didn't enjoy the screaming and yelling coming from the kitchenhelp. One kitchen worker told another kitchen worker, he got busted! We did like all the yelling and discourse from thekitchen help. They were loud! We did not enjoy our dinner at all. We paid $66.00 for this terrible dinner! We will never returnto Outback Steak House. I would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
I visit several times each month, usually over the lunch hour. I know its going to be a good experience when Christian or... Olivia are working. They are both great at their job! They are on top of things, make sure that everything is done correctlyand are so personable. They are definitely assets to Outback and make it a quick and easy lunch experience! Read more
