We were going to take out 2 large burritos but upon entering we noticed not 1 of the 4 individuals behind the counter had on a... hair net. All had very long hair hanging down. Very unappetizing so we turned around to leave w/ o ordering. Upon leaving oneof the employees said in a very inappropriate tone "oh, you leaving. To start off, when I walked in all the trash cans were overflowing. The music was so loud that when my wife asked me a question... rather loudly, I still couldn't hear her. The team working seemed to care less if someone walked in. When we walked up, theguy nodded and didn't really say anything so I ordered and then he pushed me to the next one, who then proceeded to also justlook at me. I am not one to normally write a review, but the customer service for even the most basic of human interactions was so abysmal... that I felt the urge to give feedback. I went in and kindly waited for my turn to order as the person making the wraps had manyonline orders to get to as well. When it was my turn to order I said "two burritos" and I had to speak pretty loudly due to themusic blaring super high in the lobby. I could barely hear anything they were asking me and vise versa. Everyone was just tryingto get the burrito made with barely any interaction. That's fine until I got to the lady who was working the register. As I waswaiting for my wife to make her burrito I tried to make small talk to her saying "You guys are pretty busy this Friday huh?".The lady looked at me glared and then proceeded to look another direction. When my wife was done making her burrito she barkedour total and I asked if we could get a soda, She slapped a cup in front of me and never said another word. I was so baffled byhow someone so rude and flat out incapable of making the most basic of interactions is doing a job that requires SOME kindnessor even common courtesy. She never asked if I wanted my receipt which I clearly did. I felt asking for my receipt would haveinvolved a lot of problems if i did, that is how hostile I feel she was towards me. The previous times I went to this poncheroswas not great, but it is just getting way worse. I understand hiring can be tough but holy cow these are not the people you wantrunning your business. Maybe some training is seen in the future? I figure this will lead nowhere besides a template responsefrom the owner or something like that. My advise go to the marion Poncheros. Read more

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. It used to be my favorite pancheros location but over the last 5 years the... good workers have all left and been replaced with the rudest, nastiest, most disrespectful employees I have ever met. Staff are EXTREMELY unfriendly, and the woman making the burrito spltopped halfway while making mine and ringing it up to go... make an online order, and proceeded to throw chips onto the counter and was just all around slow and unfriendly. The burrito wasleft out so long that it was cold and was very gross. Not my only bad experience here. Management needs to fix their staff or tofind people who are apt for actually working efficiently and helpfully. Read more

We stopped at this Pancheros before going to the hospital to have baby #3! This Pancheros will always hold a special place in my... heart. The people are so kind, and the food is so good. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants! Read more

The staff was friendly and the food was good. I was just very disappointed with the presentation of this location. I have never... seen a Pancheros location so dirty. They weren't very busy, yet all the tables,the floor and the food prep area were so dirty. Read more
