Employee at drive thru was extremely rude. Would not let me pick up my mobile order thru the drive thru. I was forced to pull... around and waited 25 minutes for someone to bring it out. Never again. This was the first and last time I will order from hereagain. I was missing spring rolls and crab racoon from my order. Terrible service and rude, lack of effort employees. Read more

Got the bigger plate, 3 entrees and a side from the drive thru. Didn't receive my side at all,my beef and broccoli had 2 maybe 3... pieces of meat the hunan beef was about the same. Won't be going there again. Not worth the money. Read more
They burned my lo-mein... shorted me the beef and onions. 2nd time I've done a large carry out order and they have shirted me or... messed up the food. Will not return to this one. Will go up north and only buy there. Read more
Went for the first time in a long time and I'm not really impressed. The prices seem to have shot way up for what should be... cheap and quick "Chinese" food. At the price I paid for 2 people I would get better tasting food at any number of the Asianrestaurants in town. Really your only bonus is a drive thru option, but is it worth the price? Doubtful I'll go again seeingas there are just better options for a few dollars less per person. Read more
Ordered a family meal from Uber Eats for delivery. What I got delivered was a "bigger plate" portion with a 8oz entree on the... side instead of five 26oz containers of food. That's the difference between enough food for 1 person vs 4 people eating. We're aone car family so I had to wait hours for my spouse to return from work with the car to drive back to the restaurant to get theorder fixed. It is ridiculous that someone could make a mistake like that and ruins the whole point of getting delivery. NeitherUber Eats nor Panda Express did anything helpful. Go to Hy-Vee instead for cheaper better food with delivery. Read more
