I swear that every time I go to Panda Express, the prices increase and the portions decrease. I paid $9 for pound of rice and... like 3oz of actual food. And I even waited for fresh string bean chicken, only to get over cooked chicken and soggybeans. Pretty sure I won't be going to Panda Express at more. Read more

This place has an amazing selection that is almost always fresh and delicious. The workers are a bit rude, but it is a very... fast pace work environment, you can tell a lot is demanded of them. I will continue to support this establishment. Read more

I really like Panda express! Good food. But unfortunately, my husband and I have been here a couple of times and each time, it... kind of feels like maybe the staff members just don't want to be there. You see eye rolling and hear sighing.... food items aremissing from the line and it appears that staff members grimace whenever customers walk in. Totally different experience at theEdgewood location, it seems like a different atmosphere and different kind of feeling from the staff there. Work is a fourletter word you guys! Just get through the day, it really stinks when I'm just coming in for some lunch sometimes and see staffmembers rolling their eyes at every customer walking in the door. I just don't get it. Takes over 30 minutes in drive through JUST to order, and is out of nearly everything we wanted to order. This location has been... going down hill for the last 6 months. I understand disturbing issues, but if you are out of items, post signage BEFORE enteringthe drive through. It?s single lane, so you can?t even leave until the person in front of you is served. The employees need to handle them selves better when speaking over the phone. I don?t need a teenager saying ?ugh okay fine,... I?ll do my best.? To me, teach them how to respond to a phone call with a customer. I understand your a fast food restaurant butI expect to be treated like you want my business, not brushed off.Take my information down while on the call and try to find thesolution, don?t hang up on me before I can tell you the full problem. BIG improvement! I really thought this place had taken a turn for the worst...I felt like it had a really rough opening and a... couple times was closed during business hours...then had not fresh food. I was super disappointed cause I was so excited whenthey built this new one with a drive thru. The last couple of times though has been my best Panda experience ever...I get thebroccoli beef usually which can be iffy, but the broccoli has been so fresh and green, portions are back to normal, the drivethru is very fast and the staff are way nicer. If you haven't been for awhile, give them another try! Read more
