Panera can always be a hot or miss. Sometimes it's good other times it's bad. I had soup that seemed to be microwaved and was... warm on the bottom but cold on the top. Different pastries sometimes sare completely out. I never really had a consistent goodor bad service. Kiosks are always out of date on what they have in the kitchen making them unpredictable and not worth using alot of the time. Atmosphere is nice a quite most of the time. The dinning area feels a bit outdated. Location is on a busysection of the road making it hard to get out or in at times too. Read more
Lately, the quality of food, dining in and for pickup, and the general cleanliness of this location has greatly diminished. The... staff isn?t friendly or approachable. Coffee is usually out now in the mornings and the sole cashier working rolls her eyes,says ?okay? and just stands there looking at you. This used to be a great place to enjoy coffee or a meal, but anymore it feelslike a fast-food atmosphere. Read more

My fault on choosing incorrectly for the pick up order but I was very apologetic and not in a rush. They weren't very friendly... about it. The salad had 4 bottoms of the lettuce heads so that sucked. The Mac and cheese was awesome as usual, grilled cheeseand cookies were good too. Read more
Great experience! Ordering at the kiosk is so convenient. Our order was prepared and ready rather quickly, and during the lunch... rush. Very impressed! Great customer service. Enjoyed their large outdoor patio seating on a nice summer day. Food wasexcellent!! I had the new green goddes cob salad (half), which was so flavorful and so very good.
